The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They were able to answer any questions I had, and always welcomed me when I came in, and acknowledged me. They made sure I had everything I needed, and even called ahead of time to see if there was anything they could do to accommodate me. I would recommend them again, and next time I come to Jackson I will stay there.

Check in was very simple. The parking lot was well lit and clean. The building smells very clean. I love that it’s a non smoking property. It makes all the difference. Only stayed one night for a concert, but would stay again. The room was great. Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Restroom was clean with appropriate water pressure in the shower. I can tell that the property is well kept.

Room and hotel were clean and very nice. My one complaint is that the hotel shuttle doesn't start until 7 AM -- way too late for early morning flights, which was the point of staying at an airport hotel. Should have confirmed before I booked, but wouldn't stay again for that reason.

Got to the property to check in for my stay after I had pre booked on line and chose to pay at property only to find out they cancelled my room and said my card declined! Said they tried to call me and had NO missed calls. They left me and my children with no where to stay. Had to travel around Jackson to find somewhere else to stay and paid with the SAME card they said declined! Extremely rude staff that I spoke with at the front desk. Ultimately they cancelled my room because they wanted to and gave it to someone else!! Will never recommend this hotel!!

I found an earring on the floor in the room when we walked in. The staff was friendly but did not follow through on sending email receipt as they said they would do. Coffee cups had an issue with the bottoms falling out and coffee spilling all over us, and they said they had this problem before. The pumps in the bathroom for the body wash were empty so there was no soap for showering. There was no regular coffee packets in the room and there was no filter holder to hold the coffee packet for the 1 decaf coffee packet that was left.
