Check in was easy but the man wasn't very friendly. Smelled clean inside lobby. Got to room and it was clean but toilet backed up so we had to ask for a plumber. Beds were very firm but comfortable. AC worked good. Didn't really like the soft water, felt slimy. Sofa bed didn't have sheets or blankets. Breakfast was ok, last time I was there, the breakfast was way better. Staff could've been friends in my opinion.

It’s a convenient hotel, really clean, and the staff were nice. We stayed with our dog and the hotel have nice area for pets.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They were able to answer any questions I had, and always welcomed me when I came in, and acknowledged me. They made sure I had everything I needed, and even called ahead of time to see if there was anything they could do to accommodate me. I would recommend them again, and next time I come to Jackson I will stay there.
