Nice place for the price in the spring. Rooms nice and close to town center. The pool area and hot tub are OK, but not great.

Clean hotel, hot tub and fitness center was adequate. Prepaid the room but they needed to make sure my card was good. Didn't make sense to me.

Great stay, and tons of snow. Parking right in front of the room!

All of the rooms are filled with antiques, yet have modern, very updated finishes throughout. An exceptionally nice motel for the money.

Great location. Nice breakfast. Quiet. Need to repair the A.C. unit in our room.

This hotel was in a good location but was very expensive for what it was. The check in girls were very helpful but the breakfast was not impressive and the lady working at breakfast was very rude. The room itself was uncomfortable as it was very gloomy and dark with no lights, only lamps- which some didn't even work. The hotel looks cute in the photos but the rooms are very old themed and uncomfortable. I didn't want to be in the room. Wifi kept cutting out. Stay somewhere else!!! Then only thing I loved about the hotel was the brownies at reception.

You need accomodations for handicapped/older people for showering. I asked for handicapped but they had nothing. Toilets are very low to the ground and hard for older folks to get off of. Shower could use a steel bar to help a person get in and oufwith. Nice motel but many needsfor older folks desired. Both of.my parents had trouble with the restroom. Beautiful decor.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are cozy and clean. Early 1900's feel but modern. Great location.

Stayed at the Parkway Inn while snowboarding at the village (an easy 15 minute drive away). The hotel's location is excellent: two blocks from Jackson's town square and within a block of many of Jackson's best restaurants (Blue Lion was excellent.) The hotel itself is a little old fashioned, but the amenities are good and room was comfortable (pillows perhaps a bit too plump). Very happy with this stay.

The Parkway Inn is deceptively nice. It has a little bit of the look of the old 1960s two story motels where you can drive up to your door, but it had a sort of old west Victorian look to it as well, and it had the added benefit that it had an inside corridor to the office/breakfast area (useful on cold mornings). The décor inside was western, but pretty tasteful and not over the top. We visited in late March, and the price was very reasonable, though I hear that everything is higher in the summer. It is very conveniently located about three blocks from the center of town. Depending on your room, you have a nice view of the ski slopes at Snow King. The people at the desk (with one exception) were extremely helpful and had good advice on things to do in the area. The free breakfasts were lot of fun, and we enjoyed meeting people from other countries and sharing experiences of our days in the area. There is also a pool and spa area to soak in. Things were well cared for.

An unexpectedly nice place to stay for a great price after a long day of playing on the ski hills. Our only complaint was there was not enough parking for all of the guests who stayed in the hotel that night.

This hotel met and exceeded our expectations. We booked the room online for a great rate and when we checked into the hotel they had upgraded our room to a suite. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and full of beautiful antiques. The decor is a little dated but it added some old time charm. The hotel is centrally located to great restaurants and shopping in downtown Jackson. It was a great deal for a great price and perfect for our weekend getaway.

We had plans to go to Salt Lake City, but took a few extra days to visit Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This place was so nice! Older hotel, but updated and so quaint. We walked to shops and restaurants. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was the most incredible value for money! Beautiful rooms and decor , setting is great with everything you need within walking distance as well as town centre!

Such a nice hotel for the price in comparison to other hotels in the area. Will definitely stay here again, super luxurious!

the hotel was more than expected a beautiful room, deck, flowers. extremely friendly and helpul staff this was a road trip vacation and we were more than pleased with this facility

NEXT TIME,I'LL COME AGAIN. THAT'S RELLY GOOD. NEXT TIME,I'LL COME AGAIN.

Overall a fine hotel for the area, with nice staff and comfortable rooms. Downtown location was very nice. Hotel is walking distance to shops & restaurants. Downtown restaurants are very pricey compared to West Yellowstone. Originally made reservations for return trip from Yellowstone. Jackson is quite the distance from Yellowstone's top sites, and requires you to pay for entrance fees for both Yellowstone & Grand Tetons ($50.00 for both), as you have to go through Grand Tetons to get to Yellowstone. If you are going to Yellowstone, I recommend staying in West Yellowstone. It is closer to the top sites in Yellowstone, and more affordable and family oriented.

This hotel is in a great location, close to everything and has very nice rooms and amenities. Well worth the cost. The only issue is that if you arrive after 10 pm, the main door is closed and you have to call a cell phone number to be let in. It doesn't say that anywhere on the website. Also the breakfast was over by 9 but no one told us so we missed it.

This place has the best staff in jackson and will stay here as much as possible.
