The beds were very comfortable, spacious room. I had booked a suite with a spiral staircase that held another bed and TV thinking it would be perfect for our adult disabled son with autism as we weregoing to be there 5 nights. After 1 night he was too agitated about it, and due to physical constraints of my husband and I, we couldn't be going up and down those stairs. We checked with the front desk and Marianna was so helpful and assured us they could make a room change for us. We left to go drive around and when we returned Marianna and Grant were just amazing and so gracious in helping us out with this switch. They were awesome. Parking was challenging as the lot was shared with another hotel. Washer and dryer were free to use, but there was only 1 of each and they were small. This definitely would not prevent us from recommending the hotel or returning to stay

Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We did a hiking trip to the National Park and stayed here since it was centrally located for all the trails and near Jackson. The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Comfy beds and nice mini kitchen.The front desk gentleman were so helpful with helping us pick out hikes and super friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Not Worth the (Insane) Cost

The nightly rates are insane for how shabby this hotel has become. Balconies are shared. Siding is missing. Poorly patched holes in walls and tile. Not cleaned well. Generally sterile and uncomfortable. Teton Village is only “convenient” if you’re skiing.

This hotel was friendly. It is clean and the amenities such as 24 hour gym, hot pool and communal work space are nice. The laundry amenity is only one tiny communal machine so it's a bit tough to do laundry here. It's a quieter area with not too much going on in the off season. Few restraunts nearby. Good bike shop from which to rent a bike from. Much quieter than Jackson but much fewer shops and food choices as well
