We love the Desert Room restaurant. The food is awesome. Our room is big and the king bed is very comfortable.
Bathroom were dirty and water didnt drain properly so we couldnt take a shower place was dusting and dirty
Snowed 4-6 inches, no snow removal, steps outside were a Safety Hazard. No shuttle available...none of this disclosed. I will never stay again !

The room was clean and beds comfortable. However, the room was a tad shabby; stains on the carpet and chipped paint. The price was good.

The property was clean and the room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The smoke smell was higher than other casinos that I have visited in the casino area.

Whole hotel stunk of mildew. Vent in the bathroom likely not cleaned in over a year based on the inch thick dust on it. No available plugs to charge anything.
They have the best rooms with great beds in the area, have stayed here before. Also the food is very good and priced right.
