A very convenient hotel just outside Madrid. Not Modern but spacious quiet rooms with large clean bathroom.Good value. It has a bar and restaurant if you need it. Staff helpful. It is just off the A6 so very convenient for travelling on to you next destination

Very old, minimal amenities hotel. Not worth the price. Needs renovation. Needs some oumph. Arrived late. Key did not work. Could not ask for a late CO at arrrival (3am). Had to wake up at 8 to ask for it.

Have just arrived from a 3 night stay at this hotel. When reading some reviews we thought what have we let ourself in to when booking this hotel, but I can honestly say the majority of people who stayed there and gave bad reviews must be used to living in the Ritz or some other big hotels. As we could not have asked for better accommodation for our short break. The rooms were very tidy, great bed and Pillows and spotless bathroom (the only downside to the room is that it would be a lot better if there was a small fridge. It was very hot when we were there and having a cool drink would have been a godsend. If you do book this hotel you MUST remember that after a 30 minute express bus from airport to Atocha Station (cost 5 euro each) you then have to go and get ticket to Villalba (cost 3 40 euros each single) then go to Platform 4 where the train takes approx 55 minuted. The hotel is approx 1.5 miles from train station so you should get a taxi. Plenty of bars and restaurants locally but very little to do during day. Overall had a nice stay

We stayed at this hotel two separate nights. I had read about the flimsy pillows and discovered that those comments were in fact true. Very thin pillows. Also, the beds are not that great and we slept uncomfortably. On the first night we slept at the back of the hotel so it was quiet. It was very warm however because it seems like management turns off the air conditioner after a certain hour. We had to open the window to let in a breeze and of course got mosquito bites. We thought it was a problem with the air conditioner in the room however when we stay the second night we noticed the air conditioning also was turned off at night and didn't kick back in until about 10:15 am. We slept with window open again but this time we were at front of hotel and it was noisy due to road traffic. I would much rather drive a bit farther next time and choose another hotel

It's a below average hotel. There were too much dust on the furniture. The rest of the hygiene conditions were fine. Not a comfortable bed. Breakfast too poor (only bread and butter and jam with coffee) and there were no other close site to have it (there is a bar at its side but is very unsatisfying, as well).

If you have a choice stay at an Ibis or some other modern low cost alternative. Clean, but that's the best I can say. TV from the 80's, phone didn't work and no hair dryer. Needs updating bad! Staff of little or no help with no knowledge of attractions or area, although it's not even a great location.

Our one night stay while travelling up to the north of Spain was nice enough but the area the hotel is in is sadly very poor and we couldn't find anywhere to eat other than snacks at the hotel bar. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

This Hotel is open all night Long and offers excellent value for its budget. Clean comfortable, nice breakfast. A Must if You want to sleep north of MAdrid Close to Valle de los CAiudos e El escorial. Recommended!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay, nobody spoke english, the rooms are very small and you can hear everything in the room next door, there was no safe or hairdryer in the room and the television had no english channels at all, there was a fire escape right outside the window, we had to wait 2 days to get an extra pillow. The housekeeping staff just walked in without knocking. As we were leaving they tried to charge us for breakfasts that we had already paid for, in fact the breakfasts were so terrible we wouldnt have paid for them if we hadnt have already paid. The cafe/bar is a throughfare for the people working in the car showroom next door and with the endless toing and froing the automatic doors were opening and closing every few minutes which was like sitting in the middle of the road with the freezing temperature. I wouldnt recommend this hotel at all. The hotel is right next door to a building site and across the road from the main motorway.
