Dirty place

We arrived to a lot of work being done , lotsof rubbish outside . Stairwell blocked with old cupboard and plaster all over the floor and dust and dirt everywhere. Our bedroomfloor was dirty and bathroom was a mess. Mirrors all splashed and water mars on . Curtains dropping down, mosquito nets broken. Towel rail and toilet roll holders all broken. Our too. Was only cleaned once. I asked why but no reply . Wont be going back again .

İrem Hanım’a ilgisi ve nezaketi için teşekkür ederiz. Güler yüzlü personel görmek hoştu. Otelin havuz alanı güzeldi, keyif vericiydi. Ancak genel olarak konaklamadan memnun kalmadık. Oda görsellerle uyuşmuyordu, temizlik yetersizdi; çarşaflar kirliydi, yerde kıllar vardı ve kötü bir gider kokusu mevcuttu. Odamızın kapısı camlıydı, perde yırtıktı ve içerisi görünüyordu. 3 kez söylememize rağmen ancak 2. gün dikildi. İlk gece kendi imkânlarımızla kapattık, ancak perde takıldığında yerlere bizim geçici olarak taktığımız yastık kılıfını ve kumas parçalarını bırakmışlardı. Temizlik ve konfor açısından beklentimizin altındaydı.

Aslında bu yorumu bir yapıcı olarak yapıyorum normalde değerlendirmeyecektim biz aile olarak gittik çalışan az olduğu için temizlik sıfırdı bir bayan odalara bakıyodu mutfağa da galiba müdür olan genç bir arkadaş bakıyodu oda da yatakların altı toz ve kirliydi odadaki tuvaletin sifonu çekmiyordu girişteki tuvaletin sifonu hiç yoktu çatallar kirliydi bardaklarda bi önceki içenlerin ağız lekeleri vardı bu yüzden kahvaltı yapmadan ayrıldık otelden birde terasa koydukları kumaşlı ve minderli koltukları kaldırıp yerine plastik masa sandalye koyarlarsa akşamları oturması keyif verici bi terası var aslında bu konularda iyileştirme yaparlarsa otelin ortamı bulunduğu konumu muazzam

Berbat bi deneyim

4 arkadaş 2 gece için gittiğimiz bu otelde büyük bir hayal kırıklığı,sinir ve mide bulantısı yaşadık.Otele giriş yapar yapmaz çarşafların değişmediğini gördük,üzerinde bir sürü kıl vardı.Uyardık değiştirdiler. Yataklardan birisinin hem gövde kısmı hem de başlığı kırıktı oturduğumuz anda düştük ve başlık kafamıza düşecek diye korktuk.Banyoda duşa kabinin kapısı yoktu duş aldığımız anda bütün banyo su içinde kaldı.Lavabonun altı su akıtıyordu elimizi yüzümüzü yıkarken ayaklarımıza kadar sular geldi.Banyolarda inanılmaz kötü bi kanalizasyon kokusu vardı.Odada mini bi buzdolabı bile yoktu ne soğuk suyumuz oldu ne ilaçlarlarımızı muhafaza edebileceğimiz biyer.Bütün bunları ertesi sabah yetkiliye söylediğimde yan odada saç kurutma makinası var dedi?Sanırım gece yan odanın kapısını çalıp ödünç almamız gerektiğini söylemeye çalıştı.”Yatak kırıktı evet mobilyacı gelmedi burası köy yeri öyle hemen her şey olmaz”dedi.E peki neden 1 yatak kullanılamaz diye belirtmediniz dediğimde cevap veremedi.Siteye konulan resimlerle uzaktan yakından alakası olmayan minicik bir odada sıfır konforla kaldık.Ertesi gün kesinlikle aynı odada kalmayacağımızı söylediğimizde başka odaya aldılar banyodaki problemler ordada vardı.Kahvaltı yapılan yer klimasızdı ve inanılmaz konforsuz oldu kan ter içinde kahvaltı yapamadık.Kahvaltılıkları beğenmedik gelen bal su gibiydi.Peynirler uzun süre dışarda kalmıştı.teflon tavaların dibi komple aşınmıştı bol kanserojen maddeyle yapılan yumurtaları öylece servis ettiler.

Focanin kalbinde mükemmel bir konaklama.(Marinaya 15 dakika mesafede.) Havuz ve kahvaltısı ile tam olarak bizi buyuledi. ❤️ Banyoda duş başlığının bozuk olması ve bir tik temizliğin kötü oluşu dışında, her şey mükemmeldi. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.
