Its a bit expensive for what its offering, using some facilities with charge, also mini bar which has nothing worthy is high price for everything. I wouldnt recommend paying too much for this hotel. You can find less expensive ones.
not bad but not 5 star Staff ok not great - room stank and o view (was resolved) but given a twin not a double. Shower not quite hot enough. massage was great but shorter than paid for. Need more letters
All the services in the Radison Blue are value for money. The employees are very kind and helpful at all the stages of your stay. The breakfast as well as the diner are fantastic! I fully recommend the hotel to everyone!
the facilities are ok but the food and service was quite lacking. Breakfast was the big disappointment for me as there were many items that should not have been on that display. 1-the big item for me what the sausage, or "sucuk" as it is called here, It had a light look and tasted weird so we asked the manager and then the sous-chef about it. Turns out it is chicken, almost always it is made of 100% beef . really awful way to pinch a penny. This by itself is horrific and shows the mindset of the management of this hotel. Dinner was not much better as we were served raw meatballs which the chef apologized for and quickly served a new plate with properly cooked meatballs. We also had fish which was severely overcooked and tasteless. I have stayed at other Radisson hotels in turkey and have a favorite one in Istanbul, the Tuzla Radisson near Sabiha Goksen airport. That place is very nice and has great service and tasty food, both at the buffet as well as at their restaurant. I specifically asked if this is run by an owner or Radisson and I was assured that Radisson was running this hotel. Wow! Well guys, I will not come back here anytime soon. for the money we paid we could have stayed anywhere on that strip; howeRadisson ver, we chose Radisson because of our pleasant experience of the other Istanbul hotels. I suppose you really cannot know until you go yourself.
Several years ago I could see this hotel’s construction from Ilıca Hotel. After the opening, I stayed several nights here. Now it looks old. Food was the worst part. Rooms were clean but old. Reception was gentle and helpful. Coffee was terrible. It upset me seeing this hotel in this condition.
Three nights in Cesme and this hotel is very convenient. In the middle of Cesme town and the bustling Alaçatı. Giant outside swimming pool (too cold to swim) and courtyard stretch to the beach. Our room with balcony was ok with a little view to the sea. Clean and quiet of the second floor. I will recommend spa treatment “aromatherapy” my masseur; Putri was execellent. Totally revitalise by the end of the treatment. The price was reasonable too. Although my husband was not too keen on his (Swedish massage) with the gent masseur. Breakfast was ok I felt the selection was very limited but otherwise ok for hotel food. Great location, nice price but it was a quiet season.
I wish I had discovered this hotel before. Despite its location being in the middle of the main road to Çeşme, a little far from Çeşme and Alaçatı residential areas, I have nothing to complain about it. Its suitable for couples, holiday makers, families and business alike. Rooms are large, bathrooms huge and most of the east side view is fantastic. It has a large recreation area, and an outdoor pool private beach and a water sports activities next door.
During our stay the hotel was not crowded, so we were very well rested. All the staff are friendly especially the restaurant staff doing great job.The location of the hotel and view of our room was beautiful. The Spa area is very impressive. We will definitely choose Radisson Blu Cesme again.
The rooms are clean and cosy. The location of the hotel is very central and close to minibuses and the main road. Some of the staff at the reception needs to know how to be more professional since they work with a chain not an individual one.
Everyone in the hotel was very nice, i like the atmosphere, the pool was very clean, I recommend this hotel to everybody. It was little bit hard to get there, taxi driver did not know the hotel, so that it took longer to get therw
