Oops! We accidentally bought a Castle, and restored it! We think it is as enchanting, like a fairytale, and we are proud to offer it as a venue, a retreat, an escape... as magic as the raw mountain it is built around.

Nestled into Ixtapa Bay, within the gated Pacifica Resort, Castle Black Swan is a one‑of‑a‑kind six‑bedroom, six-and-one-half‑bathroom luxury home for up to 19 guests. Combining authentic castle elements (300‑year‑old European doors, antique chandeliers, knight’s armour, cannon) with modern comfort, the property offers sweeping bay views, dramatic indoor/outdoor living, and complete privacy.

- Private plunge pool fed by a dramatic 22‑ft multi‑level waterfall (we DO NOT recommend jumping from one of five ledges...)

- Full chef’s kitchen, ample dining space for groups and events
- Natural mountain rock walls and vertical greenery integrated throughout
- Located inside gated Pacifica Resort — beach access via stairs or gondola; resort shuttle/van service available - or if you're on a fitness journey, do like Valina does, and after a run on the beach, take the stairs!
