プールや温泉まで部屋からすごく遠いい。そして水辺にスマホを持って行きにくいので、ぜひ、ICタグで決算にして欲しい。　ロッカーの位置もわかりにくいのに日によって場所が変わるのはやめて欲しい。履物はNGの場所は滑りにくい素材の敷物を敷いて欲しい。滑って転んだ人いましたよ。 タオル、バスタオルのみフロントで交換してくれるのは知っていてもフロントが遠いい… ルームキーが1つなのも不便。 帰り時間ギリギリまでプールに居るとお風呂に困った。近場の中央大浴場は広くていい湯ですが、身体を洗えないのは困りました。ドライヤーもどこにあるかわからなかったです。　館内のショップや食べ物は満足です。ハワイを感じたかったけど、ショーとホテルの部屋の近くでのみ聴こえたハワイワンソングのみかなぁ。もう少しプールでもハワイアンを聞きたかった。

小学生と中学生をつれての旅行で、年代の違う2人をどう遊ばせるかを心配していたが、中学生はスライダーを制覇し、大満足。小学生は滞在中、プールでほぼ水の中に。子供達は大満足でしたが、食べ物が高かったのが残念。 でもとても楽しかった。

さいたま新都心からの送迎バスを利用しました。楽々行き帰り、ファイアーナイフダンスショー、豪華なバイキングで、十分楽しめました！これはリピートありだと思います。 プールエリア、ショーに行くたびにQRコードをピッてするのですけど、ちょっと面倒に感じました。 あとから見つけたけど、3ヶ月先の早割だとすごいお得なんですね〜。次はこれにします。

毎年夏休みに利用させて頂いてます。私達が宿泊するハワイアンズのホテルの方は創業当時からの建物の様で設備の古さは否めません。今回は東1号棟の7階禁煙ルームです。こちらのお部屋は窓や屋根からの熱気でとても暑かったです。エアコンが効かないレベルです。なので、扇風機をら2台貸して頂き、何とか暑さはしのげました。壁が薄いので隣ではしゃぐ子供の声が聞こえます。食事は朝夕ビュッフェでお腹いっぱい食べられメニューもなかなか趣向を凝らしているなと思いました。特に子供にはチョコレートファウンテンが大人気で大喜びでした。1泊2日丸々プールでも存分に遊べ、大人は温泉でゆっくりでき大満足です。また来年も来ます。

プール、ショー、ビュッフェ等素晴らしいものがたくさんあります。大変楽しく過ごせます。 ハワイアンズホテルに泊まりましたが、お風呂、洗面台だけ何とか新しくしてもらえると嬉しいです。清掃は最大限して頂いていると思うのですが、古い水回りが苦手だと、かなりテンションが下がります。

広い施設なので結構歩きますが、ショップや飲食店などが充実してるので気になりません。大きなホテルなのでビュッフェの品数が多くて食事が楽しい！プールで遊びながらもショーの開催などもあり一泊では足りないくらいです。個人的にはショーの完成度が高く、それ目当てで行く人がいるのは大変共感できました。素晴らしかった。大人も子供も楽しめて天気もほぼ関係なく楽しめる旅行だったのでまた行きたいです。
