Perfect home!

This house fit our needs perfectly. Super clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfy. The neighborhood pools were great, our teens preferred the big pools to the other one with the water slide, but I think that's because of their age. The hot tub on the deck had a fabulous view of snow canyon, and the water was clean and clear. We had fun playing NBA jam and foosball upstairs and enjoyed dinner around back patio the fire pit on the cooler evenings. Red Sands Management had excellent communication, much better than other companies we've used before. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic property and stay

The unit amazing and exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything worked and was really clean, has a killer view from the deck and the hot tub is awesome too. Easy walk to both pools and the slides and Ivins/Santa Clara is an awesome area. So much to do and explore. The check in process was so easy and I didn’t have to ask for the details etc. Everything was communicated by text and or phone if needed.

Comfortable stay!

We had our first annual family reunion since our youngest graduated high school. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms which made it so comfortable and cozy for those needing their quiet time. Kitchen and living space was perfect for our family to gather and eat. Lots of things to do including the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts that we had fun with. We had a great time!!

Super Clean, Close to Tuacahn

We stayed here for a family trip to see a show at Tuacahn. The house is conveniently located to the theatre, but also to stores, restaurants, and parks. Outside of the main hustle of St. George we loved the location and scenery. The house was one of the cleanest VRBOs we've stayed at. We had 11 of us ranging in age from 13-65 and the house was great for all ages. The foosball and ping pong provided lots of entertainment. Having our own hot tub was a nice addition, but we didn't actually have time to use it! I've already recommended this property to a friend looking to visit the first part of 2023!

Family 🤩 fun

It was a great place and had everything we needed except a stool! The bathroom sinks are extremely high for the little ones. The kids loved the balcony and the fire pit to do s’mores, love this idea about fly swatter handles as sticks for marshmallows (new ones of course) and the big square marshmallows work really well. We will definitely return. ( but will bring a stool) LOL

Great for our group!

We loved the community heated pool and hot tub along with our own private hot tub. Enjoyed The fire pit on the back patio as well! We had four adults and 10 kids for our stay and we had enough room for everyone! Kids loved playing on the Xbox, foosball and ping pong. Harmons is located close by and is convenient for groceries or things you forgot to pack. Second time staying here and would suggest it to anyone coming down. I'm sure we'll be back!

Family Fall Break Get-Away

Arrived at the property and found it in good order. When checking-in (arriving) , you are asked to note any damage to the property. Whether technically damage or not there were myriad stains on the carpets and upholstery. Many nicks and scrapes in the sheetrock, lots of scuff marks on the painted trim and doors. We suspect that since the unit is used quite a bit, routine maintenance and repair take a back seat until they have time to get to it. One annoying thing we found, when using the upstairs "children's bathroom" for a shower, as soon as you open the bathroom door, regardless if you have the bathroom ceiling fan on or not, the steam from the shower sets off all the smoke detectors in the house. We were thankful they worked but annoyed that they worked with steam rather than actual smoke. Those things aside, the property is in a great location, the pools are wonderful, the pickle ball courts are busy but easy to access. The new shopping area near the property includes a Harmon's grocery store, a Cafe' Rio, a Mo' Bettah's, a Capriotti's (sandwich shop) and a car wash. 10 minutes from Snow Canyon. 20 minutes from downtown St. George. Overall a great place to stay with the entire family.

Fun As Expected

Great experience and stay overall with access to the two pools and pickleball courts. The house was clean and crisp and had almost everything we could have wanted. The only things that could have made things better were some stools for younger kids to wash hands, xbox controllers with charged batteries and more garbage cans (was already half full when we arrived - we noticed the adjacent unit had 3 cans for the same size house). Would stay again!

Fun in Paradise Village

This is our second stay in Paradise Village, first in this unit. We loved the unit... there was a ton of space for people to hang out, the bedrooms were nice, everything was well appointed. We would definitely stay there again. The only minor complaints I had were that some of the utensils had been put away while still dirty (could have been the previous renters and the cleaning staff didn’t think to look). Also, there were no spare sheets for the pull out couch even though there was a spot for them labeled in one of the closets. There was a wadded up, dirty sheet in a separate closet, but we obviously didn’t want to use that. One quick call to Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals and we immediately had fresh sheets so it really wasn’t a problem. Again, overall we really loved it.

The next best dream vacation

We are the family of six with four boys, and were looking forward to our orlando vacation, When it got canceled because of the virus. We decided to make the most of it and searched for a home that would fit the needs of our family, and got way more! This is a great little neighborhood with a fun pool for the kids, easy access to everything in St. George, and snow canyon. Harmons it’s super close by for easy access to groceries or anything you forgot at home like your toothbrush! The home was clean, and we loved having the private hot tub on the deck!

Excellent property!

The property could not have been more perfect for us. Spotlessly clean and comfortable for everyone. It was so convenient having Harmon’s just down the street and Snow Canyon was only a few minutes away. I didn’t receive the email with check in information so it took a little bit to get in but other than that everything was perfect!

Great gathering spot

We needed a place to get away to between Christmas and New Years. This home has everything you need. All rooms have their own en suite (bathroom). There is ample space for adults and kids. We loved the big round dining table. It provided a great space for family dining and games. The highlight was the beautiful views from the patio and hot tub. Although it was nice being close to the community heated pool/hot tub, we spent a lot of time in the private tub taking in the beautiful views of the red rock etc. It was worth paying a little extra for this rental for the private hot tub and nice views. Highly recommended.
