GREAT TIME!!

The property was very clean, well equipped, and furnished. Location to clubhouse was close, we really enjoyed our stay. We had a small issue with the front door lock not working and it was addressed promptly! We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. However, while our condo was very clean, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool area and gym. The pool area constantly had trash and things that like bandaids and nails that would be there for days. The gym was overflowing with towels and trash every day when we were there. It didn’t seem like it was getting cleaned. While there was no lifeguard on duty, it was very annoying for other guests to be letting their kids climbing all over the rocks and jumping off of them into the pool.

We all enjoyed our home away from home at Arcadia resort. Property was clean and well maintained. The pool area was relaxing. For the time we were there, we had to buy alot of kitchen items. Bowls for sure. We don't know what happened to one of the wine wine glasses. We weren't able to replace it. One negative was the bunk room bathroom and room smelled of sewer. Thankfully, we didnt have to use that room. Overall, the home afforded a very pleasant time while there.

St George Race Stay

We had 2 athletes racing the St George 70.3 World Championship. Since this was a huge accomplishment for our athletes, family wanted to attend. This place was perfect to accommodate everyone with their own rooms and bathrooms. The lazy river and hot tub was an added bonus for after the race.

Arcadia is Amazing.

Arcadia resort is our absolute favorite! It’s clean, well kept, and fun. The value here is better then anywhere else. Staff is always kind. The pool is a blast for kids and adults.

Perfect family reunion home

The perfect house and location for a family reunion. There were 11 of us and plenty of space to spread out - be together - or find a quiet spot just to read. The sleeping arrangements could have been better and having six bathrooms - what a bonus for us. Being so close to the pool and other amenities made it easy on the parents because all kids go on their own to the pool etc. just a couple suggestions: the kitchen needed to be stocked better with dishes and glassware (possibly some plastic glasses); additional towel bars and hooks in the bathroom and our boys said a fan in the bunk room would be nice.

Quick 3 day getaway with 2 daughters and their families (13 of Us)

My grandchildren thought they were in Disneyland with the great lazy river and huge slide AND the clubhouse had lots of fun things to do also. It was hot (98*) so we could have stayed in the pool all day. We will definitely go to Arcadia again

I love staying in vacation rentals and this house was honestly perfect for our big group! It has plenty of beds for a big group, big kitchen with lots of seating and room for food prep. It has a great community center and pool that we visited every day. I would stay here again in second, it was perfect for our big group!
