Located in Santa Clara, this townhome is a dream. With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 bunk beds, along with 3 1/2 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, guests will feel right at home. Each bedroom has attached bathrooms. The additional living room space with a cozy sofa bed is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. This superb property also offers AC, heating, a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, ping pong and a patio with BBQ and fire pit. The living space as well as all the bedrooms has TVs. The kitchen comes well equipped for those who want to cook and feel at home. Close to the property is a place for RV parking. The property has 2 upper pools and a hot tub that are heated. The large kid water park boasts an amazing slide with a lazy river as well as another hot tub to enjoy. All pool areas have surrounding lounge areas to relax and enjoy the sun. While in St George area there are beautiful places to visit such as Zion National Park and surrounding golf courses. We think our place will help you experience everything Santa Clara, St George and surrounding areas has to offer.

Overall a great place to stay. The bunk bed frames were not as stable as we'd like. It worked by putting older kids on the bottom bunks.It was tight sharing a driveway with neighboring house. It says you can park in the driveway but it makes it very difficult to get your car out of the driveway, especially larger SUV vehicles.The fridge filter was red when we arrived.There was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen has all the things tou need for cooking and eating.It was nice to have a bathroom for each room plus a half bath.

Perfect location - out of downtown but close. The house layout and rooms (all with their own bathroom) were ideal. It took us a second to find the pool area - but it was a great stay. Fun toys. Loved it.
