This home has 2 living rooms & 2 balcony’s so each guest can have their own space. Feel free to enjoy the ping pong table, bicycle, fishing poles, propane grill and of course ADULTS ONLY Poker Table.(no food, drinks or children allowed at the poker table. You will be responsible for any damages or missing poker chips). Also this home is conveniently located at Aqua Yacht Harbor where you can rent a boat slip or rent a boat. Also enjoy the restaurant. All within walking distance.

A lovely home, that needs some TLC before renters!!!Pros - Great location, size, attractive inside/outside. Cons - We never received check in or check out instructions, like every other VRBO rental. We communicated to owner that we needed to know how to get into the property. She sent a code that did not work, then later had to give another code. When we woke up & wanted to leave, I once again had to reach out to her & ask about check out. The home smelled the entire time we were there, despite being told it would go away once the air ran for a bit. It’s “from the paper mill,” & yet we only smelled it outside 1 time. The home was not clean. Upstairs toilet had not been cleaned & had leftover feces. Sheets did not appear to be clean either, hair in beds. No towels in upstairs bathrooms, had to get towels from downstairs master. The towels that were available need to be replaced, as they are in terrible condition. No matching glasses, mugs, cups. It’s a mess of a cabinet with what looks like a bunch of leftover cups from restaurants. Ice maker makes a strobe light, needs to be addressed. 1 of the chairs in family room is broken & needs to be replaced. Lots of blankets next to couch, all could use a cleaning. Porches/furniture need to be cleaned. Leftover Torchys food in fridge!We’ve been renting from VRBO for many, many years. We’ve never had a bad experience, guess it was time. The number 1 question you may have, would we rent again? NO. NEVER. Not a good experience.
