The location is great , the place needs a serious facelift , it’s old and dingy , the breakfast choices r mostly for Japanese palate , staff is great

Very spacious for a room of 2. Nice view from living room and bathroom. Onsan is a big bathroom which i expect it’s a natural hot spring. Buffet is great as breakfast. It will be great if can offer free tableware as there’s a kitchen inside the room . I asked the staff to give me a plate to reheat food but extra charges are required.

Massive room. Incredible balcony seaview. Feels very much like living in a home. Close driving distance to Mount Omuro. The buffet is a bit costly with what it has to offer. It's not close to any convenient store, so better do some groceries first before getting here.

Very spacious facility with beautiful view!

The facility was clean, beautiful, and spacious, and the service was nice. The food was great, too. The swimming pool and the bath was ok. The only complaint we have was the you had to walk outside walkway to access our room from the elevator and it was very cold.

Large and clean rooms. Beautiful indoor heated pool overlooking the ocean. Stayed with a group of 12 separated in two rooms and we all slept comfortably (3 adults and 3 kids per room). Would love to book this hotel again!

Check and check out is always smooth. Lovely views from all the rooms. The PET-OK rooms are well furnished. Dog run is real grass not cheap artificial turf. Love the heated pool. Breakfast buffet quite good.

Excellent breakfast

Hotel is hard to find, the roads getting to the hotel is not so great with narrow roads and sharp turns. It was a no dinner night for us because she said the restaurant is fully booked, disappointing. Very quiet everywhere including the onsen. Breakfast is excellent with lots of yummy food choices.
