Excellent place for housing. Main house with 03 rooms all with ceiling fan, living room with fireplace, kitchen with wood stove. There are 180 m2 of construction with a comfortable balcony and service area. Leisure area with swimming pool 7.00 x 2.50 m, barbecue, shower, bath, playground and volleyball court.
Caretaker's house with 48 m2. Site completely surrounded with standard galvanized industrial screen h = 2.00m.
We have 25 m3 of water reserve, with water supplied by the City and mine directly from the mountains. RGI and IPTU documentation up to date. Ready to move in.
Asphalt straight from the neighborhood to in front of the farm.
Fruit trees and vegetable garden. We still have covered and closed kennel and chicken coop
