A recepção foi excelente, fomos bem acolhidos por todos .Em relação ao pet não temos propriedade para falar pq nao levamos o nosso cacchorro . A limpeza impecável, cafe da manhã bom so faltou uma musiquinha ambiente pq fica um silêncio e por isso as pessoas acabam não conversando para não serem ouvidos . Um assunto que incomodou demais a minha Família e dificultou demais nossa estadia , foi a falta de uma copa ou uma área baby para estelizarmos as mamadeiras ,algo simples que se tornou um grande problema pq isso so podia ser feito com um funcionário nos acompanhando ate a cozinha e assim ficando de guarda até acabarmos de usar o micro-ondas ou seja , constrangedor. Resumindo poderia ter sido perfeita a nossa ida ao hotel .

Ótima localização. Limpeza da acomodação, ruim.

O hotel fica em uma localização privilegiada, sobretudo, para quem gosta de realizar as atividades a pé. A acomodação que ficamos era destacada das demais, o que proporcionou maior privacidade. O café da manhã é sem grandes destaques, porém, fica no padrão dos demais na mesma faixa de preço. Infelizmente a limpeza (do quarto e dos utensílios) foi o ponto fraco do hotel. O banheiro possuía um band-aid grudado no suporte de apoio do box, o frigobar possuía uma bandeja de salgadinhos consumida pela metade (deixada pelos hóspedes anteriores), os copos que ficam em cima do frigobar estavam mal lavados e a xícara do chá da tarde estava suja no fundo. Isso talvez tenha sido fruto da falta de funcionários presentes no local no momento do check in (só havia o funcionário da recepção, que era apenas um). A manutenção do hotel também parece não ser prioridade, uma vez que a janela do box estava com os parafusos do fixador frouxos, a cortina rasgada, teto do banheiro mofado e a TV não tem atualização, o que impede de conectar aos principais aplicativos e streamings. Em resumo, o hotel possui potencial, porém o mesmo não é explorado.

O quarto é bem espaçoso e confortável. Levamos nosso cachorro e ele foi muito bem recebido. O café da manhã é bem servido. É bem ao lado da rua principal…O quarto do casal amigo que foi tb estava com um pouco de cheiro de mofo.

Estadia justa no centrinho do Penedo. Gostei

Vila Francesa é um lugar bem característico, fiquei em um chale com hidromassagem (pequena), um poco distante da recepção e com algumas escadas pequanas para subir, achei aconchegante mas simles, apesar de frio a piscina estava em reformas (vazia). O funcionários muito atenciosos e o café da manhã muito bom.

O local é ótimo, a recepção foi excelente mas não havia vagas no estacionamento e foi aberto outro em que meu automóvel ficou no meio da lama, sujando meus sapatos e vestes, sem contar com o automóvel. O quarto cheirava a mofo, talvez pela localização, no fundo do hotel. Salvou a recepção da equipe que foi ótima.

A localização é excelente. Perto de tudo no centro de Penedo. O check-in foi um pouco lento, mesmo a recepção estando vazia. O quarto confortavel, mas o colchão muito macio para o meu gosto. Pela quantidade de quartos no Hotel (contei 33), achei o salão de café da manhã pequeno (apenas 16 mesas). A reposição dos talheres e pratos foi lenta. O check-out foi rápido.
