O lugar é bem legal, mas os quartos precisam de um pouco mais de carinho. Tudo estava bem limpinho, mas detalhes poderiam ajudar: exemplo: Chuveiro elétrico desliga se você tentar deixar a água mais quente (estava fazendo 8 graus a noite), o box não tem azulejo, mas uma tinta que está descascando na parte inferior. As porta de correr do armário foram arrancadas, então fica a sensação de que está quebrado. Porta balcão do quarto não trava, então fica chacoalhando com vento forte.

Pode melhorar bastante!

O hotel tem como ponto forte a piscina, que em dia de sol é possivel curtir bastante. Fica localizado próximo ao centro comercial de Penedo e tem um bom atendimento no café da manhã. O quarto é agradável, mas as tomadas não funcionam, a iluminação deixa a desejar e não possuí secador, conforme informado na descrição. A gestora do hotel justificou que só havia um aparelho funcionando, para o uso de todos os quartos e este já estava emprestado para um dos chalés. A hospedagem foi legal, mas falta investimento em pequenos detalhes que fazem total diferença para o conforto do hospede.

Hotel agradavel, simples mas tranquilo

Hotel proximo ao centro de Penedo em uma regiao muito tranquila e sem barulho. Quarto grande, cama confortavel, banheiro enorme com 02 chuveiros e 02 cubas, TV com diversos canais. Checkin e checkout muito rapido e simpatico. A equipe te deixa muito a vontade no hotel. Piscina limpa e com bastante sol, piscina tamanho muito bom e com uma vista bonita. Cafe da manha feito no local, bolo delicioso, pao de queijo, ovos mexidos feito na hora, suco de laranja feito na hora e servido a la carte durante a pandemia mas pode repetir quantos itens desejar.... a equipe do cafe da manha super agil e simpaticos. Foi uma estadia bem agradavel. Aceitam pets com uma pequena taxa paga a parte.

Recepção ótima, quartos agradáveis, porém só achei um pouco fraco o Café da Manhã! Já que é a única refeição que o hotel oferece, eles precisavam caprichar mais! Fora isso não tenho nada o que me queixar!

A cama de solteiro faz barulho, o travesseiro é duro. O hóspede do quarto ao lado tinha dois cachorros que latiam no momento em que eles iam tomar café da manhã (logo cedo) e os cachorros ficavam sozinhos no quarto. Sugestão: quartos com pets deveriam ficar separados de quartos sem pets
