Located in a modest residential neighborhood just 5 km from Praia do Satélite, the home is perfect for those who aren’t looking for luxury, but rather functionality, savings, and a complete space to relax and enjoy.

🛏️ Accommodations & Amenities:
The house is modest but fully equipped for a comfortable and functional stay:
2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with a single bed)
1 extra double mattress (can be used on the floor in the living room or bedroom)
Living room with TV and Wi-Fi
Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and basic utensils
Ceiling fans in the living room and kitchen
Bathroom with electric shower
Laundry area with washing machine
Covered garage (can also be used to set up a tent if the group is larger)

The house comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, and up to 8 guests if extra mattresses or a tent are brought for the garage area.

💧 Water Supply:
The house has a 500-liter water tank for general use (shower, toilet, sinks).
It usually fills every day without issue, but during hot seasons or peak demand periods, the street water pressure can drop, and the tank may only refill overnight.
There is also a tap connected directly to the city water line, which keeps working even if the tank isn't full yet.
