Despreparo dos funcionários

O único ponto positivo foi a localização, perto da praia, dos quiosques e do centro; agora em relação ao quarto, serviço de atendimento são péssimos, primeiro pra começar quando chegamos o atendente foi inconveniente, alegando que não identificou o meu pagamento feito via plataforma, disse que não recebem pagamento dessa forma, e continuou alegando falta de pagamento mesmo sendo mostrado o recibo e comprovante de pagamento; e ainda colocou a culpa na chefe dele dizendo que ela não passou a informação correta (no meu ponto de vista o funcionário representa a empresa e o mínimo que ele podia ter feito era se desculpado) e nos recepcionou para o quarto e não deu nenhuma informação sobre cafe da manha ou ate mesmo o uso da piscina, muito despreparado e incapacitado. Segundo ponto o quarto péssimo lençol e travesseiros sujos e manchados. Sabíamos que a avaliação era ruim mas demos um voto de confiança, mas pelo visto merecem a fama que tem! Não vale o alto preço que cobra.

Eu e minha família consideramos excelente na maioria dos aspectos, ótimo atendimento, limpeza e organização tbm muito boas, instalações confortaveis, isolamento acústico muito bom. Há apenas duas considerações, uma em relação à condição e outra a manutenção... Acreditamos que a pousada poderia oferecer o café da manhã incluso (sem cobranca de taxas extras) aos hóspedes, com uma boa variedade de cardápio tendo em vista que anexo as instalações da pousada há o restaurante (que pelo que entendi não é a mesma empresa mas pertencem ao mesmo proprietário). Sobre a manutenção, acredito que a mesa de sinuca localizada na piscina poderia ser melhor cuidada (sem fixação firme e com os panos das caçapas rasgados)... entendo a questão de possível degradação acelerada por conta do tempo litorâneo mas ainda sim acho que há formas de protegê-la melhor, pois é passatempo e entretenimento aos hóspedes. Mas consideramos que a estadia foi excelente, e eu minha família nos divertimos.

Localização e equipe fantásticos

Gostei muito da equipe do Hotel, localização e limpeza. Quanto ao chuveiro, deixou a desejar. AS roupas de cama e toalhas tambem, muito gastos. O que realmente é o ponto forte são os funcionários. Todos foram maravilhosos e muito gentis! Estão de Parabéns!!!

Hotel bem antigo, achei legal! O problema e que nao é muito limpo, o cobertor estava com um mal cheiro terrivel, precisamos pedir a troca, cafe da manha cobrado a parte, nao tinha pao mesmo com a reserva no dia anterior, servem em pratos, copos e xicaras de plastico e velhos. A piscina estava com a agua muito branca e o rejunte dos azulejos muito sujo de limo. A localização é muito boa, ao lado da feirinha. Nao recomendo.

Muito bom a localização. E o lugar tem bastante opção de coisas pra fazer. Ar condicionado tava gelando bem . segunda vez que vou pra esse hotel, lado ruim dele é a cama muito baixa e os travesseiro super moles e a tv não estava pegando nada. Seria bom tbm se os recepcionistas usarem uniforme do hotel da um ar mais de profissionalismo Questão de conforto deixa a desejar Por um lado a questão da localização diversão está bom .
