Creio que tenha que ser melhorado a comunicação das pessoas que ficam no WhatsApp do Hotel e quem realmente te atende. A depender da pessoa que falei pelo WhatsApp, seria uma experiência ruim, mas ao chegar no hotel notei que os atendentes tinham bom senso e tudo aquilo que gostaria que ocorresse aconteceu.
