Quarto decepcionante!

Alugamos para 5 dias. Eu demorei muito para selecionar uma pousada pois queria uma vista bonita e nao apenas um quarto de pousada, foi por isso que escolhi essa pousada, pois pelas fotos parecia que o quarto era bom e tinha uma vista bonita ( nada! Eu digo nada mesmo dizia na hora de fecharmos que o quarto nao tinha a vista que mostrava nas fotos).Pois bem, chegamos até pousada que é bonita ... tem um jardim bem bonito também e achei que tinha feito um bom negócio. Mas a pessoa que nos recepcionou nos levou para um quarto que tinha que sair da pousada e era na rua de trás, sem NENHUMA vista da pousada, pelo contrária a vista da porta era para um muro e a janela do quarto dava para um matagal. Eu tirei fotos para comprovar. DECEPCIONANTE! Se já não bastasse, o quarto tinha forte cheiro de mofo, um quarto totalmente esquecido, sem manutenção, o azulejo do chão era muito velho, parecia que ali não era um quarto antes! O banheiro só tinha a luz do espelho. Não havia nenhum encosto de cabeça na cama para descansar depois de um longo dia de praia. Os travesseiros eram tão finos que tive que pegar o cobertor e colocar debaixo. Peguei até as minhas toalhas para colocar em baixo do travesseiro para ficar melhor! Um TOTAL DESCASO. Eu enviei uma reclamação via whats para a recepção e só disseram que sentiam muito por não atender as minhas expectativas. Gente! Eu paguei 360 pela diária em um quarto desse jeito?! Nao mesmo! Não era o mesmo quarto que aparecia nas fotos na hora de fechar

Fui para esta Pousada baseada nas fotos e comentarios. Fiquei impressionada do quanto não foi exagero, ao contrario! O lugar é realmente fantastico, apropriado para descansar e pela localização estratégica permite aproveitar tudo em Bombinhas. Mas o melhor é o atendimento. Pousada linda! Ambiente aconchegante e tranquilo! Ótimo para quem quer relaxar, seja sozinho ou com a família. Pousada bem localizada, fica pertinho de 2 praias que você conseguirá acessar a pé (o que é muito importante quando se trata da temporada em Bombinhas). A limpeza é nota 10! E a receptividade do pessoal da pousada foi incrível!
