A pior coisa experiência em hospedagem

Uma das raras péssimas experiências em hospedagem que já tivemos, e olha que já passamos por muitas cidades e quase todos os estados brasileiros e pelo menos 12 países conhecendo as mais variadas categorias. Péssimo custo benefício, quarto pequeno, sem isolamento acústico, higiene duvidosa, roupa de cama tecido áspero e sintético, cama pequena, colchão nada confortável, interfone não funcionava para falar com recepção, recepcionistas tanto da noite quanto do dia grosseiros, café da manhã nada especial, apenas cumpriu o protocolo. O chuveiro mesmo abrindo todo o registro saia pouca água. Tinha apenas 1 toalha de rosto e 1 de piso no quarto, pedimos toalhas, nos entregaram duas toalhas de banho, pequenas, e na saída o recepcionista foi gritando até o carro sugerindo que havíamos roubado uma toalha!! Tudo isto pelo valor de 685 reais por 1 diária de 11 para 12 de outubro. As fotos da reserva não condiziam com o quarto e o recepcionista disse que a responsabilidade era do site Hotels.com por vender o que queria e não o que o hotel oferecia. Não recomendamos de forma alguma!

Hotel Bucólico Maravilhoso

Amei o hotel! Senti falta apenas de um abajour no quarto. Gosto de meia luz para começar a dormir. Tudo maravilhoso! Mauro, o proprietário, é muito gentil. Gostei demais do recepcionista Wallfrid (não sei como escreve). O café da manhã é ótimo. O lugar é bucólico e agradável. Os gatos do hotel são uma alegria preguiçosa. Amei!
