Estadia boa. Local bem confortável, atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã razoável, mas dentro das expectativas. O que nos deixou um pouco desconfortável foram as obras no quarto ao lado, pois os funcionários começaram a trabalhar muito cedo.

Hotel deixou a desejar.

Hotel geral bem cuidado, mas no quarto deixou muito a desejar. Cobertas sujas, passamos frio, coberta reserva pequena. Quarto parecia ser pintado recentemente, cheiro muito forte de tinta. E barulho pra todo lado, se escuta tudo. Noite de sono terrível. O café da manhã foi decepcionante, pouca coisa.. muuuuuito fraco. O lado bom foi a equipe do hotel.

Já faz uns 4 anos que sempre nos hospedamos no Hotel do Santuário, e sempre fomos muito bem atendidos, porém esse ano tivemos um incômodo com nossa reserva. chegamos para o chekin depois das 15 horas, nos entregaram as chaves do quarto e subimos, quando abri a porta do quarto vi que tinha malas no chão e a cama desarrumada, fechei a porta e meu esposo desceu para falar com a recepção, fiquei sentada no andar superior aguardando, nesse meio tempo duas mulheres sairam do quarto ao lado com suas bagagens, quando meu esposo subiu trouxe as chaves desse quarto em que as mulheres estavam, então entramos e a cama estava desarrumada pq estavam deitadas, as toalhas no banheiro molhadas, as cobertas em um bolo só jogadas no armário, descemos e fomos novamente falar com a recepção, então pediram para ir limpar o quarto, fomos dar uma volta e quando retornamos nos deram esse mesmo quarto dizendo já estar limpo, a gerente foi bem deselegante e rude conosco, subimos e realmente a cama estava arrumada e as toalhas foram trocadas, mas as cobertas estavam emboladas no armário, nem olharam...enfim não foi uma experiência muito boa dessa vez. Café da manhã dentro dos padrões, gerente nota zero

Importante saber gerenciar conflitos e clientes.

Inicialmente tivemos problemas com as acomodações que estavam em desacordo com o que foi contratado. Não ficamos satisfeitos com o que nos foi oferecido, mas a pessoa que nos atendeu não resolveu a situação. Saímos do hotel e ao voltarmos do passeio, já na troca de turno, conversamos com o Sr. Marcos na recepção, e tudo foi resolvido, ele foi muito atencioso, fez a troca e colocou-se a nossa disposição para quaisquer outras eventualidades. Fomos muito bem atendidos, quarto amplo arejado e muito confortável, tem uma varanda com vista linda para o Santuário. Café da manhã dentro dos padrões.
