La verdad, de las peores experiencias que he tenido, la pieza estaba bien, el precio estaba bien, y el desayuno estaba bastante bien. Pero la verdad es que sufrimos un error grave, todo el edificio quedo sin agua, nosotros con 2 niños menores de 3 años, fue un caos, tuvimos que cambiarnos de pieza a las 12 de la noche, sin ayuda de nadie, maletas, cuna, todo. Y nos fuimos a una pieza que estaba congelada, pedimos volver a la torre principal al dia siguiente que estaba resuelto el tema del agua, acusando el frio de la pieza, y nos mandaron a una pieza que no tenía calefacción. Nos querían cambiar de pieza por cuarta vez, pero finalmente nos mandaron una estufa, pero la estufa no tenía adaptador, no tenía como hacerla funcionar. Las respuestas y soluciones del equipo eran malas, había una persona que hace todo funcionar, y que su función es clave, y fue la única persona que nos ayudo de verdad, el nombre de ella no me puedo acordar pero trabajaba en las tardes y noches, ella es la mejor de todo el hotel.
