The House of Lookout was built by a German entrepreneur who fell in love with majestic views of the site. In 2006, the property was purchased by the famous American designer, Narciso Rodriguez. In 2013, its current owners, then to annex a neighboring land, they performed a complete renovation and expanded the residence. Rio renowned architect project on land of 2500 m2, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest. The three spacious suites feature private balconies and closets and all overlook the sea. In front of the house, four seats parking discovered. The house is in a small community called Vila Mirante, with only 2 other houses, located inside the Villas de São José condominium. The house does not see any other construction, which enhances the feeling of being in the middle of nature. Two watchtowers with guards 24 hours are less than 200 meters from the entrance of the house. It is the only villa condominium with exclusive access to Prainha: 157 steps of a private staircase separate the house from the sands of this wonderful almost deserted beach, often voted among the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. The beach of St. Joseph, equally beautiful and located inside the condo is just 10 minutes walk from the house. By car, we arrive at both beaches in less than 3 minutes. The services of an employee called Cléa, who cooks beautifully well and take care of the internal cleaning and housekeeping, must be hired by the guests, and an employee called Léo, who takes care of the gardens, the pool and makes an excellent barbecue , as well as putting chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The daily rates (R $ 170 per day for both) must be paid directly to them upon arrival at the house.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area.
