Humilhação no check out

O hotel é bom e confortável, contudo preciso registrar uma reclamação relativa ao atendimento. Paguei minha reserva pelo hoteis.com bem antes da minha estadia, tarifa mais cara inclusive do que a cobrada posteriormente. No entanto, no momento do check out a atendente ficou exigindo que eu comprovasse o pagamento pois, segundo a mesma, o hotel não tinha acesso ao voucher. Totalmente descabida a informação, se ela tinha acesso a reserva evidentemente tinha acesso ao pagamento mas a preguiça e a falta de noção foram maiores. Ou, se realmente não tivesse, ela que deveria ter entrado em contato com o hoteis.com e não eu! Como não tinha acesso ao recibo de pagamento pelo aplicativo a incompetente da atendente me fez mostrar a ela a fatura do meu cartão de crédito! Totalmente invasão de privacidade para não dizer até crime de quebra de sigilo bancário. Fez eu enviar um print do pagamento no whatsapp do hotel e ainda anotou milhões de dados meus como se eu fosse uma criminosa ou algo do tipo. Por essa razão eu não recomendo! No dia seguinte me enviaram um pedido de desculpas mas nada disso apaga o constrangimento da situação. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum, instrução dos funcionários é o mínimo que o hotel deve fornecer.

Hotel excelente, otima localização.

Adorei o hotel tudo muito bem organizado, so o que não gostei muito foi a localização da piscina, Foi mau projetada pois não bate sol o tempo todo e com isso a torna muito gelada, a sugestão é de ser um pouco aquecida assim ficaria perfeito, pois a sauna é maravilhosa, o serviço de quarto, o café da manhã, os funcionários são bastante prestativos, tudo foi muito bom.

Hotel Agradável próximo ao centro da cidade.

Hotel de qualidade, nenhuma opção no frigobar, somente água mineral. Poucos canais na TV a cabo, quarto confortável, instalações limpas. Café da manhã simpático, simples, mas muito bom. Tirando a experiencia negativa que tivemos com o funcionário da recepção que cadastrou outro cartão de acesso para o mesmo quarto, o que causou um enorme constrangimento a mim e ao outro hóspede.

Cama extra somente no chão (colchão extra) no quarto luxo. Tinha feito a reserva de um quarto de casal, porém só foi possível colocar a cama extra na opção quarto luxo. (que a meu ver, não é tão grande assim); Mas as condições de chuveiro, cama king são muito boas. Poderia ter alguma opção de item a mais no frigobar.
