It was great experience with this brand new hotel from Hilton group. The room was a little too small but the luxury compensated everything. The location is perfect to walk around in the hart of Istanbul.

A perfect location for walking to all the historical attractions. The rooftop (open and with windows) restaurant on the top floor of the partner hotel beside the Ritus has an amazing view and great food/service. Excellent professional staff 24X7

This new hotel is very clean and beautiful. Nice and quiet and located perfectly to walk to the key historical locations in Istanbul including the famous Bazaar. An additional benefit is the top floor restaurant at the adjacent hotel that has great food and an amazing view of the historical sites. Ritus will do all restaurant reservations and private driver arrangements. Very knowledgable professional staff!

Beautiful hotel. Room was small but immaculate, had everything we needed. Reception staff & concierge were great-no issues there. Very pleasant & helpful. Had to ask housekeeping on two days for cream for coffee as they hadnā€™t replaced what had been used. Also had items we brought in taken from the fridge in the room - no signs or notes to say we couldnā€™t put our own items in so disappointed with that.

Nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour Ć  lā€™hĆ“tel Ritus Ć  Istanbul. Lā€™emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur de Sultanahmet, idĆ©al pour visiter Ć  pied les principaux sites historiques. Les chambres sont belles, confortables, propres et trĆØs bien entretenues. Le personnel est particuliĆØrement accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour aider. On se sent vĆ©ritablement bien pris en charge dĆØs lā€™arrivĆ©e. Le petit-dĆ©jeuner est variĆ© et de trĆØs bonne qualitĆ©. We were greeted at the door by staff with a cart of treats and beverages. The staff, managed by Gorkem Oncel, treated us like we were the only guests in the hotel. They were friendly, accommodating and courteous. Every time we left and entered the hotel, we were greeted and asked if there was anything we needed. At one point, late at night, we returned to the hotel and I asked if they had ice cream. They said no but the staff offered to go down the street and get some for me which he did. I highly recommended The Ritus Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet
