I cant express enough how wonderful my stay was, from the wonderful staff Ardalan answering all my questions and booking transportations for me, Mariam for her warm good bye , Sam for the tea and carrying our luggage's. I appreciate you all so much. The room was comfortable and spacious the bathroom was perfect great water pressure. The train station was not even 3 minutes to the stop. If I complaint I would be lying. No issues at all. Thank you!

I recently spent 7 days at the Union Port Hotel in Istanbul. My stay was most enjoyable. A special thanks to Sam and his charming team who were very welcoming and always offered good advice. I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the hotel and the room, which had everything necessary to enhance my stay: minibar, safe, air conditioning, bottle of water, etc. In addition, the hotel is just a few steps from public transport and the funicular. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

An enjoyable stay in a nice quiet area. Close to the port and other interests plus was very helpful in setting up events we were interested in. Also identified and organized some shopping areas for specific items that we may not have located on our own. Would highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere that still allows you to get out and enjoy all that the area has to offer.

The location was nice and the rooms were nice; but what really sets this hotel apart is the service! Sam went out of his way every day to make our stay comfortable - from coffee in the morning to recommending places to visit to making reservations for us.

El lugar está más o menos, solo resaltó que el personal de servicio es muy amable , te ayudan en todo, son demasiados atentos un 10/10. Pero el hotel está con pocas comododiades, el baño no tiene extractor , la cama dura, y poco espacio , el ruido es es feo , y la vista fue una de las peores. Super recomendo!

O lugar era muito agradável e limpo, o ar-condicionado funcionava muito bem, e as pessoas na recepção foram muito acolhedoras e prestativas. Além disso, fica bem próximo a várias opções de transporte (1 a 2 minutos a pé) e a uma curta caminhada de pontos turísticos famosos da cidade. Com certeza me hospedaria aqui novamente quando voltar a Istambul.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. Everyone on the staff is so nice, the hospitality is off the charts. Easy walk to the funicular up to Taksim, which made seeing the sights very easy. Very happy with my stay in every way, would love to come back someday.
