I cant express enough how wonderful my stay was, from the wonderful staff Ardalan answering all my questions and booking transportations for me, Mariam for her warm good bye , Sam for the tea and carrying our luggage's. I appreciate you all so much. The room was comfortable and spacious the bathroom was perfect great water pressure. The train station was not even 3 minutes to the stop. If I complaint I would be lying. No issues at all. Thank you!

Would absolutely recommend! The communication with staff was incredible. They were so responsive and helped me set up my airport shuttle transport. It was a breeze! I recently spent 7 days at the Union Port Hotel in Istanbul. My stay was most enjoyable. A special thanks to Sam and his charming team who were very welcoming and always offered good advice. I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the hotel and the room, which had everything necessary to enhance my stay: minibar, safe, air conditioning, bottle of water, etc. In addition, the hotel is just a few steps from public transport and the funicular. An enjoyable stay in a nice quiet area. Close to the port and other interests plus was very helpful in setting up events we were interested in. Also identified and organized some shopping areas for specific items that we may not have located on our own. O lugar era muito agradável e limpo, o ar-condicionado funcionava muito bem, e as pessoas na recepção foram muito acolhedoras e prestativas. Além disso, fica bem próximo a várias opções de transporte (1 a 2 minutos a pé) e a uma curta caminhada de pontos turísticos famosos da cidade.
