Excellent stay. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was great value for money. The rooms on our floor were being renovated - hence the 4 star instead of 5! Hotel had just changed it's name so we had a lot of trouble finding it. You need to put Taksim Stera into Google maps not Taksim Stare!

Amazing staff exceptionally clean and professional I love my 10 day at this hotel situated in a quite nice location by the Taksim Square nice decent breakfast. I would recommend anyone travelling to Istanbul at this amazingly beautiful hotel

Hotellet ligger på en ren och lugn gata, fem minuters promenad från Havaist-bussen till flygplatsen och tunnelbanestationen. Det är även mindre än fem minuter till Taksimtorget och den populära gatan Istiklal, som är ett centrum för turistupplevelser. Hotellet är välstädat, har en bra frukost men hade bara en sorts bröd, trevlig personal. Mitt rum hade fönster mot gatan med bra ljusinsläpp.

今回は７日お世話になりました。 良い点: ・おじさんのスタッフが愛想が良かった。 ・場所がタクシム広場から近く、非常に便利 悪い点 ・セキュリティ使えなかった ・歯磨き用のコップない ・シャンプー以外の歯ブラシ等のアメニティがない ・部屋案内かない ・ティッシュない ・部屋の掃除来なかった時があった ・連泊なのに途中でルームチェンジさせられた ・部屋が寒すぎる ・途中で変わった部屋はベッドメイクがしっかりされていなかった。シーツがシワシワで人が使った後かもわからなかった ・予約した部屋と違う部屋に案内されたが、ベッドが邪魔で逆に狭かった ・窓からの景色は悪い ・Wi-Fi弱い ・エアコン壊れても対応されず一晩凍えそうになった ・ホテルの名前を検索しても出てこない ・エレベーターがタバコ臭かった ・勝手に部屋何回も開けられた ・バスマットない時が何回かあった ・シーツ交換1回 ・スリッパを入れ忘れてる時が多々あった 価格的には1泊6000円以上払ってこのランクは少しコスパ悪いと感じました。ルーム清掃については、ルームチェッカーを入れた方がいいと思います。 お世話になりました。
