Pictures speak for themselves. The rooms here are not even completed. The bathroom in my room had exposed bare plaster board and a sponge to fill up the gaps. You can also see how much mould there is. The walls are thin enough to hear people next door so not a good idea for a couple. The hotel staff don’t speak English apart from one man at the reception. The breakfast is bad to say the least. I did try to explain these problems to the staff but in the end they charged me an extra 110 Turkish lira claiming I had stayed another night... which I didn’t. All in all a very bad experience and a bad hotel. I would advise try
very nice and elegant place along with welcoming and friendly staff, room size is a bit a problem but this is something that can be overlooked especially when spending most of the time enjoying Istanbul

We came to Istanbul prior to having an operation for a couple of days. The staff could not have been kinder, from upgrading our room due to the fact that we would be unable to use the spa facilities and would need to rest. Good breakfast that kept us going until evening. Superb position in Istanbul centre, marvellous locantasi close by and tram etc. So not far to walk to transport options. Would highly recommend this small, clean hotel. Excellent bed reading lamps by the way! We are coming back this weekend again whilst in Istanbul for check up. Thanks
Hi guys this hotel is not four stars they are laying to people we booked this hotel from uk when we arrived to this hotel and asked them they sad it's not four Stars and we don't khow anyway never go to this hotel
Don't go to Sirkeci Park Hotel. The service is awful, just one employee speaks in English and he would try to sell you everything. He wouldn't call us a taxi to go to the airport, because he got a friend that does the service and charges you double. Beds are incredibly small and our room had a broken wall.
The hotel is located at a perfect location, very close the Sirkeci subway station which allows you to go anywhere and it is one stop away from the Asian side of the Bosphorus, tram stations are very close as well and the Sultanahmet square is just around the corner. There are some good restaurants just a minute away. The staff is very friendly and helpful, English level was fine. At check-in, the guy at the reception wanted to keep our passports overnight so we wouldn't have to wait for him to write down all the information, but we decided to wait just in case as the passport is our only valid ID in a foreign country, so I believe the hotel should never offer to keep the passports. The room I stayed was very small, comfortable, though. Breakfast was included, but after trying it on the first day, we decided it was worth paying for better food somewhere else and I recommend everyone does that as food in Turkey is very cheap. Hotel has a terrace, but it is not even worth going up there. For the price we paid I believe it is a good option, especially due to the location, but don't expect anything superb, it is just a good place to sleep when you're back from your day around the amazing city of Istanbul. I could stay there again for the value I get, but I will definitely shop around before.
The room wasn't very big - but always clean with all the necessary things. Breakfast was included and more than enough to start a busy day. Walking distance to all main attractions and great restaurants nearby. I especially want to thank the staff - the young men were extremely helpful and friendly - their names: Burak, Muhhamet, Selguk, Husseyin, Ayse. Thank you guys! You made us feel at home. Next time when I am in Istanbul - I will try to book a room at your hotel! And great terrace on top - bring your own wine and enjoy the view of Hagia Sophia and Bosphorus! Nina Padden
It's near the major monuments and the tram line but away from all the city noise, so you will be able to get a good night sleep. I went there with my brother and straight away they arranjed a room with 3 beds. The room itself was not particularly impressive, but it was clean, comfortable and well worth the money we payed for it. The isolation of the room was bad causing the room to overheat which we solved by turning on the AC. There is free wifi but the 5th floor doesn't have a modem or wifi repeater, making the connection unstable; we had to be close to the door if we wanted to check our emails, etc... They have a terrace, from which I took this pic, which is a nice place to rest while enjoying the breath taking hagia sofia or the bosforus. The staff were polite and helpful.
I booked a family room with Jetted tube but I was given a double bed to share with hubby and baby. The next day I was told I am getting a bigger room with Jetted tube but I was given a twin room and I was told there are no other rooms available. I was there to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Overall the hotel is clean, rooms are too small with extra small bathrooms. Breakfast is very basic, however omelette is provided upon request. I feel hotel should consider providing continental breakfast. Staff is very helpful but language barriers make it difficult to communicate. There are 6 floors and 4 rooms on each floor so it's not a big hotel. Location is ideal for restaurants and alot to choose from. Tram station is at 2 minutes walk and Marmarey (underground train linking European and Asia side) is a 5 minutes walk. Blue Mosque is a 10 minutes walk and Grand Bazar is a 30 minutes from Sirkici hotel. This is not a family hotel and Internet is very slow. Distance from Ataturk airport is 20 minutes without traffic. I will be going back to Istanbul but not to this hotel.
