Crap hotel

The worse hotel and service I ever seen. There are so many stairs to get there with luggages and the state of the hotel wasn't great at all! We asked for iron and he said it was broken. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE. PLEASE AVOID IT.

Dirty and bad service.

It’s was the worst, dirtiest hotel ever I’ve seen. Area was so scary and dirty. It’s not Hotel it’s a small 2 star motel. Our rom was so dirty, broken toilet, and burned spot on the pillows. Food was stuck on Stove . They gave the room with 20 min lateness while we were tribes and waiting for room since morning.

Rezil berbat soğuk odalar

Kesinlikle berbat bir otel.Bu kadar mı ilgisiz olunur resepsiyon görevlisini bulamıyorsun arıyorsun telefonlara cevap bile vermiyor.Sözde delux odada kalıyorduk ama oda o kadar soğuktu ki pencere tam kapanmıyordu uyarmamıza rağmen ilgilenmedi. On defa söyledikten sonra bir tane battaniye getirdiler ama nafile Ocak ayının soğuğu dayanılmaz.Soğuk odada tam dokuz gece kalmak zorunda kaldık. Hotels.com dan peşin ödediğimiz için çıkamadık da. Eşim hastalandı soğuk algınlığı geçirdi ilgisizlikleri yüzünden soğuk odada kaldığımız için.Odaya terlik bırakmıyorlar aşağı inip bir görevli bulursan terlik isteyeceksin ama görevli yok ortalarda.Dikkat edin yan odada bir Arap yüksek seslerle ilişki yaşayabilir aile ortamı olan bir otel değil.Rezil berbat ötesi otelin girişindeki o devasa dik merdivenlerden bahsetmiyorum bile

Die Lage ist sehr gut aber das Hotel leider sehr vernachlässigt unter dem Bett wurde bestimmt seit Monaten nicht mehr geputzt .Das Bad stinkt im wahrsten Sinn zum Himmel die Dachterrasse gleicht eher einer Müllhalde .Es gibt eine Spülmaschine aber kein Spülmittel und kein Salz sowas hat kein Reisender im Gebäck zudem wird einem bei dem Bild des Zimmers der falsche Eindruck erweckt.Das ist nicht das Standartzimmer!!!!Vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine U-Bahnbaustelle die 24Stunden betrieben wird bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es sehr laut (dafür kann das Hotel nichts)

Местоположение не совсем удобное,много подъёмов,спусков,но рядом остановка трамвая и приличные магазины и кафе, так же отмечу, что кругом идёт стройка. Близко к роскошному дворцу Долмабахче и площади Таксим. Есть кафе на набережной с красивым видом. Берите номер на этаже выше,так как вид с нижних этажей вас не порадует, на просьбы сотрудники отеля отвечали,но ничего не выполняли к сожалению.

La vue de la chambre est jolie il ne faut pas trop regarder les prises électriques qui tiennent par des fils, attention mosquée juste à coté ce qui veut dire qu'à 5 h du matin vous êtes réveillés par l'imam qui appelle à la prière et plutôt important vous accédez à l hôtel qui est dans une petite rue par une centaine d'escaliers. ( personnes âgées, ou handicapées, ou enfants à poussette à proscrire )

Deluxe oda için para ödedim ama maalesef fotoğraflardaki gibi değil. Tam bir kandırmaca. Odada çift kişilik yatak, 2 tane dandik sandalye ve puf var. Fotoğraflardaki koltuk ve kanepe yok. Mutfakta da tabak, bardak VS azdı. Fotolara kanmayın bence.

Otelde sorumlu bulamıyorsunuz. Telefonlara cevap verilmiyor. Resepsiyon Yok. Sorumlu kişiyle ancak otele gidip kapının üzerindeki cep telefonu ile irtibat kuruluyor. Merkez numarası ile iletişimde hazır oda yok denmesine rağmen sorumluya ulaşınca problem çözülüyor. Sorumlu arkadaşa ulaşabilirseniz her şey kolaylaşıyor.

Konum olarak oldukça merkezi bölgede, şehir içi ulaşım olanaklarının çok yakınında! yalnız en önemli sıkıntısı, sahil caddesinden otele kadar olan dik yokuşlu merdivenleridir! Kesinlikle yaşlı veya bacaklarında sorunu olanlar için uygun değil!
