Staff at front desk tried to over charge me when I asked for a extra room. Even when I showed them the Booking.com rates they came with stories about exchange rates etc. I stay at the hotel 3 times a year for the last 6 years. This was the last time

I booked 4 nights in Reyyan hotel. When i reached Ataturk airport there was a private van waiting for me(i paid extra 25euros. U can book shuttle service for 20 TL =£6) .When i reached the hotel , the guy named Usman welcomed me . The room was awsome. It was very cheap. The manager Mehmat and Usman helped me every time i needed smthing. I will prefer that hotel every single time i go to Istanbul. Hotel location is very good for tourists bcoz its very close to Blue Mosque, Hagya Sophiya, Topkapi, Grand bazar and Restaurents.

We arrived early in the morning and were able to check in and even have breakfast. Breakfast was a good spread of you will expect in turkey, good bread, cheese, olives, honey... would be better with a good coffee machine. Room was ready for the family, with enough toiletries and towels. The staff were friendly and helpful, greeting us wherever we get in and out of the hotel.

On a main tramline, close to the Grand Bazaar and about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofya, the Topkapi Place, the Basilica Cisterns and lots of good restaurants. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable and although it looked out on to the main street I wasn't disturbed by noise overnight. Bathroom supplied with soap, shampoo & shower gel, but take you own conditioner & body lotion if you use it. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and all staff were friendly and helpful, from front of house right through to chamber maids. One of the Bell Boys was particularly helpful, there was no plug in the bath in my room, so he sourced one promptly. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if visiting Istanbul.

This hotel is in the business district yet close to the Bazaar. Probably one of the best areas to stay as we traveled the city of Istanbul. Because of the location street cars, bus, or cab are easy to obtain travel in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel for mid range price with Wifi and good A/C in all rooms. The dinner was very good and our meeting room was spacious.

Very comfortable hotel, staff helpful and friendly, wonderful breakfast, I loved all the fresh fruit. Room was comfortable, but rather hot, don't choose a room that will be in full sun all day, although the air conditioning did help.

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque and other must see places. The staff are friendly and helpful. Even the bell boy lent me his tram card to help us out with public transport. Breakfasts are excellent.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar. Light rail runs on the street outside the hotel making it cheap and easy to get around Istanbul. Room felt small but was adequate considering we only needed the room for showers and sleeping. The rooms are clean.

Loved this hotel , staff are great , breakfast was great too , small rooms though but small ,it's great for being really close to the main attractions of Istanbul, my husband and I loved it and we are planning to go to the same hotel soon , this time in Summer as we went in November last time and I guess it's not the best time of the year to visit Istanbul.

I stayed here with a group of travellers. The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast was good, lots of choice. Beds comfy and clean rooms. We had a nice simple dinner on the 1st night. Staff on the front desk helpful.
