If I’m honest, I wouldn’t stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful but the building was quite run down, dingy and dark. There were hairs and stains on the bed and towels and the room just felt very oppressive. I don’t think the advertised photos give a true representation of the hotel.

Great location, great value

Once one knows, it's just 200m from the Metro, and which exit, how to get there, best location ever. Super friendly, Istanbul hospitality. One core factor to make this the core return place. Immediately prolonged my stay.

This hotel is breathtaking and very beautiful. From the time you enter, OkTay welcomes you with open arms, provides you with such a relaxing, calm and professional manner. Helps you take your luggage to your room after you relax and ready for his assistance. The room is extremely clean and has all the amenities you need. The hotel feels like a cozy cabin and is very beautiful. Stores, shopping malls are all within walking distance and tons of eateries. If I am able to give this hotel a 10/10 I would. Hotel staff is so wonderful and very respectful. Stellar service at any time of the day. On the day of my check out, which was raining hard, OkTay called Taxi service for me and hand carry my 2 luggage down the walkway approx 10 minutes and helped me in the taxi. Thank you OkTay for going above and beyond. You made this stay so pleasant for me. Your hotel definitely deserves a full recognition for outstanding service from the heart. I definitely will be back and hope everyone gives this hotel the recognition it deserves. Happy holidays to all and thank you again OkTay!!

En nuestra estadía en Istambul, nos hemos hospedado en dos hoteles distintos, pero sin duda este ha sido el mejor, sencillo, limpio, pero sobretodo EL PERSONAL SUPER AGRADABLE, atentos, nos invitaron te de cortesía y café, nos tuvieron mucha paciencia (también nos hicieron el favor de guardar nuestras maletas cuando fuimos a Antalya) el desayuno sencillo pero bueno, todo muy tradicional, te hacen sentir en confianza, no recuerdo los nombres de nuestros anfitriones, más todos fueron atentos, sin duda me quedaría de nuevo allí. Receptionists were really nice and helpful, unfortunately cleanliness of the hotel is really bad. Looked like they didn’t mop the floor in the room for so long and there was so much dust. Location is really good and price that we paid was okay but they need to improve their cleanliness. We did request for housekeeper to come but she only changed our towels.

First, the photos were deceiving and the hotel was small and ver dirty. The staff was unfriendly and refused to help. My husband asked to change rooms and they state that in order to move he must pay more money. His bags could barely fit in the room. We reported this to Hotels.com. When the representative called the front desk he refused to tell her his name or help her. He asked like he did speak English.
