Scam hotel!!! Stay away!!!

It doesn't exist! I arrived and it was a terrible reception area where the man said sorry we have no rooms there is a problem with electric. Obviously there were no rooms at all. The man then took me to another hotel and accepted some cash for me to stay there. The other hotel owner then asked me how much I paid him. Do not believe the photos or anything about this 'hotel'

The hotel is on the Istiklâl street nearly that was good. The hotel look like so fancy from pic. but fact was not like this! Room and bad were dirty. Flush was broken and airconditioner wasn’t working enouhg for room. Except staff that are so lovely and helpfull, my experience was disappointed. Hayatımda bu kadar kirli bir otel görmedim. Tuvaletteki çöp kutusu temizlenmemişti bile! Klozet pompası kırıktı!!! Klima odayı ısıtmıyordu ve camlar kapanmıyordu!! Personelin yardımcı oluşu, güler yüzü ve İstiklalin bir arka sokağında olması dışında tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı.

Good location, building seems that was refurbished and looking good however in our room 401 the carpet was ripped and lots marks on it. I would suggest to change the carpet and have a look in the bathroom.

Nothing like the images. Very dirty and unhygienic. I could say disgusting in fact. We hated it as a family the hotel and the area. The area is definitely not the best in Istanbul.

This stay has many negative factors : is located near clubs so you have loud music until 4/5 AM when we say loud we mean listening to cheers to the DJ and to the music clearly from the bed; misrepresentation because it has nothing to do with the photos, they are from maybe years ago; cigarette buds burn marks on the tables and sofas; stains on the carpets, broken mirror; broken appliances ( due to a previous guest that was aggressive has they explained). Not Going back and this was the first negative experience I had I believe there are quality establishments and will keep using Expedia.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks we expected it to be noisy as it was Taksim, However we did not expect an open air nightclub 50 yards away. We went out for food around 9pm upon our return we noticed the air con and bathroom light turned off and the bathroom door was also closed, we went down to confront the so called manager who tried to explain there was a power cut as said this is how they were both off but when i asked how the bathroom door was closed he was stumped and knew he had been caught out he started to panic and sweating profusely he was 100% guilty and i told him i would call the police if anyone except the cleaner goes in our room.No sleep dirty room bedbugs pervy manager who tells lies and refuses to show cctv saying its not there because of power cut the law states it must have backup and kept for 28 days
