They lied about laundry service. They didn't have it. Water was cut off for 3-4 hours in one day during my stay. The air conditioner was ruined after some days and after so many calls they changed my room. The reception wasn’t supportive at all! I asked for a restroom (WC) on my check-out day and he said I don’t know!

Avoid it like the pest. Dirty rooms, dirty beddings, tired and indifferent staff. The picture of the rooms are fictious. We ordered two single beds and we were told only one blanket was available.Since it was so dirty anyhow and we were not intending to use it, there was no point arguing.
