Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Frechheit und eine Gefahr für jede Familie. Es war dreckig, unhygienisch und heruntergekommen: überall offene Kabel, ein defekter Rauchmelder war einfach mit Plastik abgedeckt, das WC kaputt und verdreckt, die Dusche schimmlig und das ganze Zimmer voller Staub und Gestank. Es gab nur eine Decke und ein Handtuch für 4 Personen, die Möbel waren beschädigt und der Boden klebrig. Nach nur kurzer Zeit bekam mein Kind einen Hautausschlag, vermutlich wegen der verschmutzten Bettwäsche oder Ungeziefer. Das Bett hat gejuckt und gebissen, und wir konnten dort nicht eine einzige Nacht bleiben. Als wir den Zustand reklamiert haben, wurde uns nur höhnisch gesagt: „Gehen Sie etwa nur wegen dem Dreck und einem Ausschlag?“ – keinerlei Hilfe, keine Entschuldigung und keine Rückerstattung. Wir mussten auf eigene Kosten ein anderes Hotel buchen, weil es hier einfach nicht sicher und gesund war zu bleiben. 👉 Dieses Hotel ist eine Zumutung und Betrug. 👉 Hier stimmt absolut nichts – wer hier bucht, riskiert seine Gesundheit. 👉 Finger weg – das ist kein Hotel, sondern eine Katastrophe!
