The worst experience

Staff are terrible, weather was hot, but they didn’t turn on Airconditions. Zero service, bad toilet, window are broken, curtains are broken. Nothing good. Although it is cheap, it does not worth to pay 10$.

The hotel is good in terms of location and budget, as it’s just a 5-minute walk to Osmanbey metro station. However, the breakfast was very basic, and the rooms are quite narrow. There’s no water provided in the rooms, and no cleaning service was offered during my stay. Overall, it’s suitable for those on a budget but don’t expect much in terms of amenities.

The staff forgot to return my passport used at check-in, and I forgot to get it, too. I realized this on the way to airport, returned to hotel , and retrieved passport from the copy machine at the front desk, but there was any apology from staff. Iwas lucky to make it to my flight just in time, but it was very unplesant.

Всё было хорошо, но не для любителей простора.

Хорошо, но от фото на сайте у меня было больше ожиданий. На самом деле комната оказалась малюсенькой и мне было тесно (пространство у лифта тоже ограниченное). А на входе не было вывески с названием отеля и мне пришлось спрашивать людей на улице туда ли я пришла, когда его искала. Удобно, что рядом метро, большой парк, музеи, торговые центры, автобусные остановки. Вайфай в комнате хорошо работал. Понравились упитанные котики, которых можно было погладить и покормить на завтраке.

They are not very friendly or flexible with guests, place is very well located. Door was close at night and the receptionist was rude when he had to open the doo for me. It’s nice size room and quiet. They bring the breakfast to your room.

Other than the breakfast (waste of effort on behalf of them and basic) it was a pleasant enough stay. We had the kitchenette room which was great, spacious and the shower is very powerful too and good a/c (room 402). Overall I would give it 3.5/5 as breakfast was poor even if they bring up to your room!

Warning do not approach !!

Warning do not approach !! Substandard hotel, air conditioner doesn't work and they said they called a technician to fix it and he didn't come at all a week before our departure, you have to ask for clean towels and toilet paper every time, reception staff can't speak English only Turkish and you can't communicate with them and when you ask to ask he is angry and sulky that you are bothering him. Breakfast like a prisoner's, a cold hard-boiled egg, half a tomato, half a cucumber and jam with unprepared and cold toast and then you can only eat in the room, a sad and unpleasant experience...

Rude staff, horrible stay!!

Horrid service and extremely rude staff!!! We checked out at 3 am to catch our flight in the morning, and we let them know about our early leave while we are checking in. The night shift person was a grumpy, rude guy. Not only he didn't bother to help us with our bags, but he also shot the door in our faces when we left the hotel. What a horrid way to start your travel back home. STAY AWAY from this place... Gece 3te ucagimiza yetismek icin otelden erken ayrilmak durumunda kaldik. Anahtari teslim ettigimiz gece gorevlisi gordugum en suratsiz, en kaba saba insandi. Bize hic bir sekilde yardimci olmadigi gibi ciktigimiz kapiyi da, pat diye suratimiza kapatti. Otelin kimleri bunyesinde calistirdigina, bu insanlarin musterilere karsi boyle kaba saba davranan calisanlara goz yummamasi gerektigini dusunuyorum.
