La Villa delle Palme, with its private entrance, welcomes you with a refreshing pool and a private outdoor patio, perfect for outdoor dining and moments of relaxation. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, thanks to its two double bedrooms, including one with an additional single bed, and its two modern and functional bathrooms. The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher and electric oven, will allow you to prepare delicious meals with fresh local products.
You'll spend most of your time outside, enjoying the pool, barbecue area, and outdoor shower. The villa is completely fenced, ensuring maximum privacy and security. For your comfort, Villa delle Palme is equipped with air conditioning/heating in each room, flat screen TV in the two bedrooms, washing machine, iron and hair dryer.

The cleaning fee includes initial and final cleaning and utilities:: electricity - water - gas for kitchen use and hot water - weekly bed, bath and pool linen - The security deposit of 300€ will be requested upon check-in and will be 100% reimbursed at check out in case of any accidental damage caused to the property during the stay. The rate does not include: extra cleaning in case of animals (EUR 120.00 per pet per booking and up to medium size).
