This is the best place! The villa is very comfortable, it has everything you need, the place is magical! Rest in Sicily surpassed our expectations: a stunning beach, many beautiful cities near the villa, where you can have a wonderful time. Luisella is wonderful - she treated us with her fruits and vegetables, it was very nice. Olive oil is incredibly delicious! Everything was wonderful! All questions were solved very quickly! Posto ideale per una famiglia

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana perfetta nella casa della Signora Luisella. La casa è tenuta benissimo, la terrazza ed il giardino sono perfette per lasciare correre i bambini senza rischio che escano. Le stanze sono arredate in modo pratico e confortevole. L'aria condizionata è stata una benedizione tornando dalla spiaggia di Pozzallo o da varie visite alle bellissime città dei dintorni.Eravamo i soli in zona, nessun vicino, ideale. La Signora Luisella è stata estremamente discreta ma molto reattiva in caso di bisogno. Abbiamo trascorso delle ottime vacanze con i nostri tre bambini.

piacevole soggiorno

la casa è bella e ben accessoriata, con un'ampia cucina e una splendida terrazza per colazioni e cene all'aperto. Location tranquilla e comoda per accedere al mare (a circa 2,5 Km dalla bellissima spiaggia di Santa Maria del Focallo) e anche per visitare i principali centri della Sicilia Sud orientale. Un oasi di pace

Abbiamo soggiornato qui a giugno e viaggiando in comitiva queste due ville sono state un'ottima soluzione dato che sono adiacenti e collocate in una comoda posizione non lontano dal mare. Giardino splendido immerso nel verde e casa nuova molto funzionale fornita di tutto possa occorrere.Ventilatissimo il terrazzo dove poter trascorrere le serate in compagnia. Un ringraziamento a Luisella, la padrona di casa, per le preziose indicazioni che ci ha fornito e a Giovanna che in loco ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre necessità. Consigliatissimo!

Funzionale e pratica

La casa è confortevole e ben disposta: il piano di sopra è ben separato da quello di sotto, c'è proprio una scala esterna. Ottima la disponibilità sia della proprietaria sia della signora Giovanna sul posto. Necessario avere l'auto in quanto la casa si trova ad un paio di km dalle spiagge più vicine. Zona tranquilla e rilassante in mezzo alle serre del famoso pomodoro pachino. Consigliata!

VACANZA STUPENDA

Che dire oramai sono 7 anni che frequento questa zona. Posto paradisiaco immerso negli ulivi, la lacation è ottima per chi ama il relax fuori dal caos cittadino. La villetta ha tutti i comfort che uno possa chiedere un ampia cucina con lavastoviglie, aria condizionata (indispensabile nei mesi più caldi come agosto), barbecue, TV, radio e tutti gli utensili .....praticamente ha tutto. Arredata con ottimo gusto anzi un plauso alla proprietaria per l'ottima scelta dell'arredamento. Poi secondo il mio modesto parere fare colazione,pranzo, cena nell'immensa veranda fra gli ulivi e come sottofondo il cinguettio dei passerotti è una cosa impagabile bellissima. Inoltre in 3 minuti di macchina si è al mare veramente spettacolare stupendo. Un grosso complimento alla proprietaria la Sig.ra Luisella una persona squisita e disponibilissima per qualsiasi necessità senza dimenticare la Sig. ra Giovanna anche lei pronta in qualsiasi momento della giornata x eventuali necessità . Io la consiglierei anzi già consigliata e provata da dei miei conoscenti che sono rimasti entusiasti sia della casa che dei posti, basti pensare che sei vicino a Modica, Noto, Pachino, Marzamemi ..... Cmq GRAZIE GRAZIE ed è sicuramente un arrivederci all'anno prossimo. Paolo Falbo

Ottima scelta !!!!

Grande vacanza!!!!! Villetta molto accogliente e pulitissima, ben arredata e spazi ben distribuiti e climatizzati Ottima la dotazione di elettrodomestici della cucina, molto importante per chi, come me, si ritiene (ingiustamente) un ottimo "Chef" !!! Molto azzeccata la posizione della terrazza adiacente alla cucina che permette rilassanti cene con amici. La tranquillità del posto è assoluta e impagabile è la possibilità di passeggiare tra gli ulivi, le viti e le piante da frutta del giardino antistante la casa La spiaggia, molto bella, è a pochi minuti di distanza, ideale per fare jogging e ,naturalmente, delle belle nuotate ! Noi abbiamo alternato il mare alle visite delle città vicine e così i giorni sono....volati.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. In sämtlichen Räumen Klimaanlage, so dass auch an kühlen Tagen eine angenehme Temperatur erreicht wird. Wir haben mit 4 erwachsenen Personen dort gewohnt. Direkt am Haus befindet sich eine Plantage mit Oliven-, Orangen-, Zitronen- und Mandarinenbäumen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im 8km entfernten Pozzallo oder Ispica. Das Meer ist ca. 3 km entfernt. Der Zugang zum Meer ist weitgehend verbaut. Es bestehen aber einzelne Zugänge, wo man auch parken kann. Sehr ruhige Lage. Die direkte Umgebung des Hauses wird landwirtschaftlich genutzt. Dort befinden sich etliche Plastikgewächshäuser. Die kulturellen Barockstädte wie Noto, Modica, Ragusa sowie Siracusa sind gut erreichbar. Für Leute, die keinen Rummel lieben ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus.

Vacanza rilassante tra gli Ulivi

Ho avuto il piacere di trascorre una lieta vacanza di una settimana in questa magnifica villetta immerso nella tranquilla natura sicula. Più di duecento ulivi della tenuta privata antistante la villa hanno garantito quella sensazione di pace e riservatezza che cercavo in una vacanza rilassante e rigenerante. La villetta di recente costruzione, è dotata dei migliori confort. Il livello di pulizia generale dell'intero immobile era impeccabile. Ottimo anche il collegamento con la stupenda spiaggia di Santa Maria del Focallo, oltre ad essere molto vicini a centri urbani come Modica e Ragusa. Facile trovare attrazioni per trascorrere piacevoli serate nelle vicinanze vista la presenza di alcuni localini/bar sui litorali come Marzazemi e Pozzallo

Nice place, pleasant owner! =)

It was a very nice and quiet place. The house is very big and comfortable. Luisella and Angelo were very pleasant people and helped us if we had any problem. The house is fully equipped. I would advise the owner to install a washing machine in order to make the house perfectly equipped. And I would advise the owner to make something like an instruction summary sheet for the renters how to change the gas cylinder, to reset hot water and so on. But anyway the house is worth renting! =)

Siamo stati ospiti io e la mia famiglia, pochi giorni fa in questa struttura immersa nel verde, anzi immersa negli ulivi, molto ma molto bella ed accogliente nel periodo Pasquale, e ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia per il paesaggio unico e caratteristico , con mille cose da fare,(peccato per il tempo limitato 6 gg sono davvero pochi per tutto quello che c'è da vedere)dalle passeggiate sul mare (1 min in auto, 10 min a piedi) a Modica, Pozzallo, Ragusa Ibla, Noto, Ispica con il magnifico festeggiamento della Madonna per Pasqua, Isola delle correnti a Porto Palo, Marzamemi e tanto altro ancora da vedere e da provare, si perché in ogni luogo in cui ci si recava c'era sempre qualcosa da provare, da gustare, e con prezzi veramente bassi per qualsiasi cosa che si fa. Oltre alla bellissima Sicilia ci siamo trovati veramente bene anche nella villa presa in affitto, era nuova, molto caratteristica e molto ampia per una famiglia molto numerosa di cui siamo. Oltra alla gentilezza della proprietaria, abbiamo scoperto che la signora produce un fantastico olio Biologico naturale di cui ce ne siamo innamorati, se vi capita, chiedete alla proprietaria, e ve ne darà quanto ne volete anche se è una produzione di numero limitata, non industriale... Consiglio veramente a tutti questa esperienza, per tutto.

A wonderful place to relax yourself...

This is a very nice place...This house is so nice. It's in a good and quiet position, a couple of minutes by car from the sea and from the cente of town Pozzallo. The house is big and confortable, there are beautiful rooms and a nice and usefull kitchen. There is also a wonderful terrace to have a quiet and good dinner. We spend a great holiday and we hope to come back there as soon as possible!!!!

Veramente una bella vacanza, in una casa come l'abbiamo immaginata, come ci è stata descritta e soprattutto come l'abbiamo trovata: corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione fatta nell'annuncio. Abbiamo trovato la tranquillità e il fresco della campagna e la straordinaria vicinanza al mare costeggiato da una bellissima e lunghissima spiaggia che ci ha permesso di fare lunghe corse al matttino e bellissime passeggiate con i piedi nell'acqua. L' abitazione è molto confortevole, gli spazi sono ampi e l' arredamento è veramente carino. Nutevole anche l' accoglienza. Bella, bravi senz'altro torneremo!
