Casa molto comoda vicino al mare

Casa molto comoda con tutti i servizi due bagni grandi con doccia, uno per ogni piano, ed una doccia ed un bagno esterni per quando si ritorna dal mare. Ampio spazio esterno con veranda e giardino privato utile anche per parcheggiare fino a 4 auto. La casa è situata a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Santa Maria del Focallo che è ben mantenuta pulita ogni mattina dal comune. Il mare è molto bello anche se solitamente un po’ increspato e mai completamente calmo. La mattina presto è sempre splendido. La casa dista circa 5-6 km da Pozzallo e 7 km da Ispica, i paesi più vicini. Per i beni di prima necessità c’è comunque un piccolo super mercato a meno di 1 km con accanto una pizzeria ed una macelleria. Il proprietario è stato puntuale per ogni accordo preso. Nel complesso un ottimo e comodo soggiorno in una casa ottimamente equipaggiata a cui non manca quasi niente: manca solo una grattugia ed una padella extra per essere perfetta:-) ed a volte la connessione internet non era stabile.
