808 Ocean Boulevard is a beautiful private 6 bedroom 6 bath home located oceanfront on the southern side of the Isle of Palms. Just minutes walk from the commercial district known as Front Beach. This home features multiple oceanfront decks and an oceanfront private swimming pool. A large oceanfront screened porch is perfect for those relaxing to the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean.
Incredible views from the many oceanfront decks will be experience by your family. The private swimming pool will provide years of family memories. The pool is surrounded by a large deck featuring comfortable seating. The pool is refreshing and perfect for your families playtime. This home offers a private walkway to the beach that will allow your family to quickly access the ocean. 808 Ocean Boulevard also features a gas grill for your family to enjoy.
808 Ocean Boulevard is perfect for family gatherings or couples traveling to the beach. Each of the six bedrooms features a king size bed. New mattresses provide restful sleeping accommodations. Flat screen televisions are featured throughout the house. 808 Ocean Boulevard has six full private bathrooms and three half bathrooms. The Eagles Nest (master bedroom) is located on the third level. This bedroom offers incredible views of the Atlantic and an enormous private bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and separate shower.
This home features two living areas, perfect for families or different groups getting together to enjoy the football game, the kid's shows, or family card night. Each living area and bedroom features a large flat screen television. The kitchen and dining room offer incredible ocean views. The open space provides the perfect setting for those family dinners.
808 Ocean Boulevard is only 11 miles from downtown Charleston. Driving to downtown Charleston is very convenient and easy to enjoy what makes the Historic Charleston Coast so special.
NOTE: No smoking. The home is rented on a Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day and most holidays; minimum stay required during the off seasons may vary. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
PETS: Pets are considered, but MUST be approved by rental company with a $500 non-refundable pet fee paid. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. Any unapproved/ additional pets are subject to a fine.
ELEVATOR: The home does have an elevator with service from garage level to top level, but it is not considered ADA compliant. Elevator is for convenience only and not a guaranteed amenity.

The refrigerator smelled atrocious upon arrival. Real estate company was good about trying to address it but we just put up with it. The property is much more dated than the pictures on VRBO represent.

Family Getaway
We had an amazing week at this property with our large family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, the pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids and the ocean views and access to the beach were amazing. We are already looking to do this again next year. Check in and out was easy and communication was great the whole week too. Thanks for helping us make some amazing new memories with our family!!

The property was clean but worn. We had an awesome time and really enjoyed our stay. Close to all the activities on IOP. Ant issue around pool area but sprayed and used ant pods to reduce presence. Overall, a wonderful property and would recommend to anyone.

Property was just plain amazing. Excellent location and the ocean/beach were just 30 feet from the back door. The large outside shower was great as was the bathroom on the pool level. Rent golf carts when you come, they are the best way to get around the IOP

We enjoyed the house and the location is fantastic. Everything was very clean. The only downsides were the hot tub not working and the water pressure was very poor. The property managers were very accommodating and friendly.

Beautiful beach front home
Perfect house for a girls trip. Also for couples since all beds are king size and each bedroom has its own bath. Great property with beautiful views of the ocean. It was rather windy but there is a dune that helps block the wind when your in the pool. It would highly recommend this property.
