This is one indulgence that you'll never forget. From the private pool/hot tub and outdoor dining area to the dream kitchen, you will never want to leave.

The beach is right across the street, but you get unobstructed views due to the vacant lot that has no immediate plans for construction.

--Policy--
We require the first half of your rental amount at the time of booking. The remainder of your rental amount will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. If you book within 45 days of your intended arrival, full payment is due at booking.

We offer travel insurance to all of our guests through Red Sky. Red Sky specializes in the Isle of Palms area and covers you in the occurrence of a mandatory evacuation, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is 6.95% of your rental cost. Please email for exact cost. We recommend getting travel insurance through us. VRBO/Homeaway will also sell their own version through CSA. We also offer a new kind of travel insurance, called Cancel for Any Reason through Rental Guardian, and is 10.8% of the total. You will be covered for all of the main travel insurance emergencies as well. If you make a claim that falls under the main travel insurance, you will get 100% back (minus premium), but if you decide to cancel for a reason not covered, then you will get 60% back (minus premium)

Each reservation is charged a $1,000 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be run in the week leading up to your arrival, and will be fully refunded within 30 days of your departure after we have inspected the home for any major damages. Sometimes this is done and returned quicker than 30days. This security deposit is not included in your quoted rate on VRBO/Homeaway.

--Cancellation Policy--
We Highly recommend purchasing travel insurance (Red Sky or Cancel for Any Reason through Rental Guardian). If you do not have it or are cancelling for a reason not covered, then our cancellation policy will occur.

1. Red Sky travel insurance- 6.95% of rental total and you get 100% back (minus premium):

-You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they get COVID-19 (or any illness) and prevents you from coming. Any illness that causes cancellation/interruption and has an Attending Physician's Statement evidencing the diagnosis and doctor ordered travel restriction is covered.

- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they are medically quarantined by a doctor with a letter from the Health Department.

- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they experience loss of job due to COVID-19 or any other reason (must be employed over a year and can't be self-employed).

-Other covered reasons include, but not limited to- Mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane, injury or death, flight delay due to weather, car accident , extension of school year, and more.

2. Rental Guardian “Cancel for Any Reason”- 10.8% of rental total and you get 60% back (minus premium):

-You can cancel for ANY reason up until 2 days prior to your reservation start date. If you are booking 10days prior to your start date, then you cannot add this insurance.

-If you cancel for a reason covered by the normal travel insurance plan above, like, mandatory evacuation, injury or death, sickness, etc. then, you will still have the normal travel insurance coverage as well and would be paid out at 100% (minus premium).

*Please ask us (Exclusive Properties) about where and how to purchase this CFAR travel insurance.

Our cancellation policy if you do not have Travel Insurance or if you cancel for a reason not covered states:

Guest cancellation must be in writing and balance paid in full. If you cancel your reservation, all monies will be held until the property has been rebooked and confirmed for the same rental period for the same rate. There are NO exceptions. If the property is rebooked for only part of the rental period or for a reduced rate for the reserved days, your deposit will be refunded minus any uncollected rent for the rental period, guest cancellations are subject to a cancellation processing fee of $250, and 10% of the rental. If the property rebooks, you can move your funds (less any discount or unpaid rent) at 100% to dates in the future within 1 year of original check in date. If the property isn't rebooked all monies will be forfeited.

Executive Retreat Perfection

We recently stayed at this house for a 5 day Executive Retreat for our business. There were 4 couples and it couldn't have gone any better. The house is phenomenal and offers enough space so that you don't feel like you're on top of each other. The vacant lot across the street provides for water views - which no other house on that side of the street has. It was close enough for us to go into Charleston each day for dinners. We had a great time!

Wow! Fantastic Home on Isle of Palms

This home is incredible! The VRBO pictures do not do it justice. Large comfortable rooms throughout the home. We had a party of 8 and we never felt space was an issue. So many great features to list in one review, but things like a double oven made cooking for the Christmas holiday a breeze. Heated pool and hot tub were also very accessible even during a chilly Christmas weather pattern. Furniture throughout is upscale compared to other rental homes.The only small negative is that the owner does not allow the gated driveway fence doors to be closed by rental guests. They must always remain open. I don’t recall this being listed under amenities/exclusions when we booked the VRBO reservation, but I checked after we returned from the trip, and it now does appear on the listing. It’s a pet friendly house and it would have been nice to close the gates and let the pets have some outdoor time. Same would hold true if you are traveling with young children and wanted an area for them to run around on the sports turf yard. I spoke with the rental agency, and they were extremely helpful relaying this owner’s quirk to us, so there wasn’t much that could be done. But hey, it’s the owners house and they should do whatever they feel is best to list their home. Just thought potential renters should be aware of this one.

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous home. The living space was fantastic. Large, clean and very comfortable. The pool was nice and the beach access was quick and easy. Our only negative is the primary bedroom. For that pricing a closet should be available. The wardrobe is small and not sufficient for a weeks stay. Small concern for a great house. We would book this home again.

This house was absolutely amazing. All of the spaces were decorated beautifully and were well appointed. The outside decks were perfect and the pool was just what we needed. The location was excellent for being around town and for getting into Charleston. I would 100% book this house again.

Beautiful house!

This house was absolutely perfect for our spring break week. Each bedroom has its own bath plus two powder rooms which is so ideal. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Multiple refrigerators and ice makers... even the outdoor areas have lots of comfortable seating and different areas to lounge and enjoy the views. The empty lot across the street allows a full view of the ocean and the beach access is right across the street. We rented a golf cart and it was fun/easy to ride over to the tennis courts. Would definitely stay here again - Exclusive Properties was great to rent through and made the whole process easy!

IOP extended weekend Aug 2023

The house was beautiful. Not sure that I love where the master bedroom (seemed like it was in the basement where kids should be) is located and there isn’t a closet in the master BR and the armoire isn’t large enough for hanging clothes. The mgmt company wouldn’t fix the elevator that quit working Saturday night because it was too expensive for them to come out on Sunday so I had to take everything down two flights of stairs Monday morning. That wasn’t fun. The check out is 9am which I think is way too early and I’m a morning person. Especially since check in is 5pm. But we did enjoy our stay and I just wanted to share my issues with the house so others can plan accordingly. The other thing is the TV issue. They only had TV cable in the main living areas 2 TVs so if you don’t have streaming then you didn’t have TVs in the bedrooms or outside. I feel like all TVs should have cable or they provide TV service so people can watch TV in bed. Hope this helps.

Great property, Very BYO

Great house. Super high quality everything. Delightful places to chill throughout the house, particularly the deck and pool area. The management service was very responsive and on top of things. Easy fun access to the beach across the road. The kitchen is awesome and perfect for large group meals with lots of helpers. Pro grade all the way. Beds and linens were super high quality. A couple minor items for the suggestion box: 1. The house is on a very busy road, which is fine, and wasn’t a big issue, but perhaps might be more clearly disclosed. 2. The owner/management could provide just a few things in terms of kitchen/household supplies. It would be easy, not expensive and a nice touch. 3. There are a lot of systems to master. It you are techy, or have 20 year olds with you, you’re fine. If not, you need a tutorial.

Beautiful memories in a beautiful home.

My husband and I, our three adult daughters and their significant others, plus 1 grand-baby were all in the home for our middle daughters wedding. The home was spectacular and beautifully done. It has great views of the ocean even though it’s not on the ocean. Plenty of space for everyone. We were concerned about the baby (3 months) keeping everyone up but since the home has bedrooms on 2 levels there were no issues. The home was decorated beautifully and was very well stocked with whatever we needed pots, pans, silverware, dishes, glassware etc. It really made everything that much more special. Would definitely recommend and rent again should we visit Isle of Palm in the future. Rental agency was great to work with and very responsive to our questions.

Amazing house and wonderful property manager

Upon entering this home, my friends and I were like little kids running around squealing and overjoyed at the beauty, spaciousness, comfort, and amazing views in this luxury home. It was the perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday with my closest girlfriends. The attention to detail in every room was impressive and there were so many different places in this home to relax and find inner peace. The kitchen and hot tub were our two favorite places to spend time together. And the master bathroom shower was so HUGE that we had to take a photo with all 9 of us in it. We are already making plans to come back next year. Karen at the property rental company was a HUGE help leading up to the trip and was so pleasant to work with. She had so many great suggestions for us from personal chefs to massage therapists coming to the house. When Covid put a damper on those plans, she quickly suggested a low country boil company who came and cooked everything for us in the driveway. And to my surprise, she secretly worked with my friends to get an amazing cake for my birthday. She was THE BEST!!

This property is gorgeous. Check in was super easy and communication with the rental company was very responsive. The only complaint I have is that this property barely has the necessary amenities. There is a Keurig and regular coffee pot on premises, but zero coffee. No water was provided. The fridge was completely empty as were all the kitchen cabinets. We did find salt & pepper, but that's the only thing. At one point we were sitting on the couch and I needed a blanket but there are zero blankets anywhere in the house. The house is gorgeous, amazing location, and very comfortable. Just be prepared to bring every tiny little thing you might need.
