I want to start off by saying this was an amazing cabin. It had all of the perfect touches to make this a beautiful home feel. It was in a great location, Very close to Yellowstone. I absolutely loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and listening to the squirrels running around. My kids loved making hot chocolate and sitting next to the fire.
The only downside that we had was, I did notice that there were a couple Of reviews About how the hot tub was not hot enough. But I was hopeful that they had read those reviews and got that taken care of. When we got there, the hot tub was turned off, which wasn’t a big deal, however, we couldn’t get it to turn on, and then my husband noticed that there was a fuse box and it looked like it had blown a fuse. So he flipped the breaker back on, and the hot tub turned on. We waited the entire day and it never went above 89°. I wrote the management team as it tells you to do in the email, And I didn’t hear back from them until the day after we had left the cabin, Same they could send somebody out. I know that this has been brought to their attention before so I don’t know why it hasn’t been handled. We paid extra to make sure that we got a property with a hot tub so it was very disappointing that we didn’t get to use it.
All in all, it is still a beautiful cabin and we made some great memories there.
