Traveled with family and small children
Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Booked this Hotel and then we received a message one day before our trip that the rooms are not available and transfered us to a crappy hotel. They had us stay in another hotel. This is not how hoteling business works. We should get what we booked. We are glad we have received a message though expedia telling us that the rooms we booked and paid for are gone and they transfered us in a different hotel.
