The property is run down, and in a dire need of room renovations. The rooms are worst than most Economy hotels in the US and not worth the price. The lobby area and restaurants are good, and the lower staff helpful, but that does little to compensate for the rusty, moldy bathrooms and ages old sagging mattresses. Do not recommend!

Its not value for money at all. Poor management with no proper training or skills. The whole building in urgent needs of refurbishment and renovations. However the lobby area is well maintained with balanced ambience .

The hotel was the perfect accommodation for our group given that it has all the modern comforts one would expect from a premier hotel chain. All the restaurants provided excellent food at reasonable prices, and all staff we encountered were focused on making our stay feel special. As a group of three cricket fans visiting Rawalpindi for the test match, we wouldn't hesitate in booking the hotel again and can thoroughly recommend it.

I found the staff to be very understanding, professional and supportive. The hotel has an excellent private car hire service which has helped me to go different places and also have the option to. Keep the driver with me throughout the trip. The breakfast complementary buffet offered a variety of food items and was well managed. Overall it's a hotel with the unique features of having a laundry, gym, car hire, restaurant which I would recommend highly for anyone wanting to stay in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

Hope someone can help the guest carry the luggage at the security check machine before enter the hotel. I was carrying 2 luggage and need to take up to the security check machine which is 3-4 feet height.
