The Apartment at East Wind

Located in the prestigious TradeWind neighborhood, East Wind has long been a favorite at Utila Vacation Rentals. When we remodeled this home we also built an overly large apartment on the ground floor including custom made cabinetry and granite countertops that for two years has been occupied by the same person. Upon their recent departure we have now been able to include it in our offerings and it is now available to those wanting the extraordinary views and spaciousness it offers.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk. Housekeeping is available on request.
