The balcony faces the very nice swimming pool with view of Singapore. Feel pampered by the high quality resort-like ambience and many facilities of this estate which is practically next door to Gleneagles Hospital and 7-min walk to Legoland. Suitable for short/long stays for holiday makers, families of hospital patients or professionals on work stints.

The space
The fully air-conditioned apartment has 1 bedroom with King size bed & 1 Sofa bed. Facilities in the apartment include water heater, refrigerator, TV, washing machine with dryer, microwave oven, ceramic glass hob, basic kitchen utensils and plates/bowls/glasses/cups/cutlery. Long term tenants will like the capacious wardrobe spaces and many storage cabinets.

Relax and enjoy yourselves in the peaceful and beautifully landscaped environment with common facilities that include outdoor playground /indoor play room and wading pool for children, swimming pool , outdoor jucuzzi and sauna room. Have a great time using poolside facilities such as pool deck and floating spa lounge. Have fun on the swing seats and keep fit at the well-equipped gym with lovely full height glass window views . There is also an outdoor fitness area. Or simply savour the visual pleasure of the lush gardens and outdoor sculptures. Bond with family/friends at the interesting chill out decks.

There is free parking for one car. Entry to car park by access card. There is 24/7 security provided by guards . Access card is also needed to enter the lift lobby and to operate the lifts.

Guests/tenants have free use of most of the common spaces and facilities at level 9 except for the poolside BBQ pit and function hall. The last 2 facilities are more for the long-term residents.

There is also free access (via card) to rooftop terraces at levels 28 of Towers A & B and level 34 of of Tower C. The rooftop terraces offer bird's eye views of the up-and-coming Medini township (the new CBD of Johor) and you can see Singapore across the Johor Straits.

The ground floor gardens, pools and unique seating spaces are worth exploring too. Don't miss the 'globe' sculpture at the entrance of the estate.
