Two nights in ishigaki city

Great location that a lot of good okinawan restaurants and shops nearby but the furniture inside the room and lobby is a bit old. Bathroom is a bit smelly and dark. One thing I like about the room is the wooden floor that it is much cleaner than the traditional carpet floor in other hotels. Staff are very friendly and they could remember your reservation upon check-in, very professional.

Chisun Resort Ishigaki

I enjoyed my stay at this clean and efficient hotel, handy to the ferry terminal and other locations. The room was tidy and well kept, with excellent air condition (necessary in Okinawa and Ishigaki). The staff were friendly and always helpful - especially Takeshi, from the restaurant who spoke very good English. He helped me with advice about visiting Denshinya and hiring a car. He has now left the hotel, I believe - it is important that at least one of your staff there has very good English, if you want to encourage foreign tourists. Not all the food items in the restaurant were displayed with an English translation - this is one small improvement you could make. An enjoyable stay - recommended.

立地は、街のど真ん中と言える場所にあるので、ショッピングに・食事に・観光に・空港バスなど、非常に便利である。 建物自身の古さは否めないが、頑張って綺麗にしていると感じる。 昔の名残りだろうか、地下には大浴場もある。 コインランドリーも3Fと5Fに設置されていた。 駐車場も5台程度(?)はエントランス横に駐車可能。(多分、無償?) 部屋のエアコンの影響だと思うが、カビ臭い点は改善して欲しい。 空港への無料送迎があったり、スタッフの方も気持ちの良い接客をされるので、コスパは◯だと思われる。 寝泊りするだけだとかなりオススメだが、 部屋でゆっくりしたい人には、少し大きめの部屋が良いと思う。

朝食は、コロナ対策で消毒液:各自使い捨て手袋使用で、安心出来ました！ 但し、大浴場のサウナが壊れていたのが残念です！ ホテルの駐車場が無くなりました。これは大変残念です！ 大好きなホテルだったのに〰️

処々にちょっと故障がありましたが、ロケーションは最高でした。

全体としては、良かったです。特にロケーションは最高です。ただし、テーブルにあるコンセントに電気が通じていなかったり、ウォシュレットが動作不良だったり、施設が十分にはメンテされておらず、少し全体に古びた感じだったのが残念です。

フロントスタッフの対応

こちらのホテルは身内も部屋には入れないとの事。朝のフロントスタッフの方はどーぞどーぞと通してくれました。夜に居た女性スタッフの方はダメですの一点張り。フロントスタッフによって言う事が違うのはどうなんでしょうか。1年に1度会うか会わないかの息子夫婦に会うため石垣島に行きました。もう少し融通をきかせて頂きたいと思いました。それかチェックインの際に説明して頂ければ良かったかと思います。後、お部屋のユニットバスの換気扇が故障？？しておりシャワーを浴びると湯気で真っ白になり何も見えませんでした。
