My wife and I visited this hotel for two nights, at the beginning and end of a trip to Italy with our daughter who is studying in Grenoble. It is about a 10 minute taxi ride from the train station or about a 20 minute walk if the weather is good and you don't have too much luggage. From the outside the building reminded me of a college dorm due to its bare bones concrete architecture. It is in a good location as there is a small mall adjacent to the hotel and it is also within a short walk of a metro station, a supermarket, a movie theater and many restaurants. We were on the second floor both nights we stayed there, though on different sides of the building. One side faced an open plaza where kids play and people walk their dogs, while the other side faced a long reflecting pool next to the mall mentioned above. Both sides also provide nice views of the mountains when the weather cooperates. We stayed in double rooms, which amounted to a bedroom and a room with a pull out sofa and a kitchenette. The hotel room door opens to an entry way which has doors leading to the separate shower and toilet rooms. The hotel has laundry facilities on the first floor which we used. You must purchase tokens from the hotel staff in order to use the washer and drier. The hotel offers breakfast, but as there are cheaper options nearby we did not eat breakfast there. We found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful and their ability to understand and speak English well made our stay much easier than it might have been. The only complaint I had with the hotel rooms was with the placement of the televisions. They were attached to the walls of in such a way that it was almost impossible to walk by the ends of the beds in each room without banging your head or shoulder on the television. If you stay here on a Saturday night, be aware that the options for breakfast on the following Sunday morning other than eating at the hotel seem limited. We found that almost every restaurant in the area was closed except for a few places in the mall and those that were open seemed to close by 1:00 PM. This hotel certainly met our needs and we would stay here again

It feels like you are living in an apartment of your own. You go in and out without disturbing any one. The 20 foot high ceiling is great - it makes a hotel room more "spacious". A separate bed room is also really helpful. The kitchen is small, but well equipped with a dishwasher. Good quality washer and dryer in the laundry room make travelling so much easier. The apartment is very clean and staff is very friendly. Their English is very good. It is really close to the city centre. There are at least two grocery stores in a few minutes walk. MANY restaurants near by. A great location!

Attended for a scientific conference in the Minatec facility, and this hotel suited all the needs for a cost effective but quality facility. The rooms are well furnished for both staying as a holiday or for business conference goers. Hotel is situated close to the city center, and has a lot of facilities surrounding it. The location is also pretty unique, an old military barrack converted. The interior is not flashy or fancy looking, but all the colours, styles and general feel is quite mellow and pleasant. Bedroom well furnished for work with good desk-space and very fast internet, along with a fully furnished kitchen, useful since the hotel doesn't have a dinner service. The breakfast available in the mornings are very good quality with a great selections of fruits, vegetables, pastries, dairy and meat.

Great location, efficient staff, nice apartment with bedroom, lounge with kitchenette, bathroom, separate toilet and central hall area. Reasonable price, great views of the Alps - our room was double aspect. Highly recommended. Will stay here again on next rip to Grenoble.

Small yet comfortable room with all the amenities, including a kitchenette. The views from our room were amazing. very close from the old town with a couple of malls and supermarkets very close by for some basic necessities. The only flip side was the corners of the stairs (we were in a room with a mezzanine level bedroom) which were quite easy to bump into if not paying attention.

The aparthotel is very convinienty located, historical center is 12 min walk. The hotel is next to a shopping center, there is a supermarket - Monoprix just outside. This shop is on a lower ground floor, so not visible from ground level. We couldn't find it first - just go into Monoprix store and it's one floor down. There are few restaurants around, Japanese serving sushi and katsu curry dishes, Italian with pizza and pasta, Paul bakery and coffee shops. If you have young kids it's ideal, there is a nice playground just outside, you can take a blanket and a bottle of wine and just chill.

Hotel Apartment is strategically located in terms of location. In Terms of extra Facility they can much better, it will be good to have inhouse restaurant and house keeping could have been Daily. I think they have less staff which needs to be fixed.

Right downtown, easy walking to shopping and cafes, clean rooms with kitchenette (including instant coffee and a kettle!), good wifi, laundry room, etc. This place was a real winner for us. While the hotel does not have parking on site there is a VERY close and secure parkade with an entrance only metres from the hotel entrance. It was 17 Euros a day but I think that's typical. Our room was on the 4th floor and had a skylight, which was kind of cool but by the end of our visit we were missing having real windows in the room. Would definitely stay here again. Desk staff were completely bilingual and very helpful.

Stayed here while visiting my son who was studying abroad. great location to use local rail and parking in a garage if you have a rental car. Right next to a mall with plenty of stores if you need to buy anything.

View of the Alps from the room is breathtaking. Helpful English speaking front desk staff. Good location, near downtown area, restaurants at walkable distance, a beautiful park nearby. Good internet connectivity. Old military building Stayed in a small apartment with bedroom, living room/kitchen and seperate bathroom/toilet. No curtains/glass pane around the bath tub which causes difficulty. Room is not very spacious. Digital locker had issues.
