Hotel Apartment is strategically located in terms of location. In Terms of extra Facility they can much better, it will be good to have inhouse restaurant and house keeping could have been Daily. I think they have less staff which needs to be fixed.
Right downtown, easy walking to shopping and cafes, clean rooms with kitchenette (including instant coffee and a kettle!), good wifi, laundry room, etc. This place was a real winner for us. While the hotel does not have parking on site there is a VERY close and secure parkade with an entrance only metres from the hotel entrance. It was 17 Euros a day but I think that's typical. Our room was on the 4th floor and had a skylight, which was kind of cool but by the end of our visit we were missing having real windows in the room. Would definitely stay here again. Desk staff were completely bilingual and very helpful.
Stayed here while visiting my son who was studying abroad. great location to use local rail and parking in a garage if you have a rental car. Right next to a mall with plenty of stores if you need to buy anything.
View of the Alps from the room is breathtaking. Helpful English speaking front desk staff. Good location, near downtown area, restaurants at walkable distance, a beautiful park nearby. Good internet connectivity. Old military building Stayed in a small apartment with bedroom, living room/kitchen and seperate bathroom/toilet. No curtains/glass pane around the bath tub which causes difficulty. Room is not very spacious. Digital locker had issues.
This is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed on! They failed on absolutely everything, ever possible to fail on. After one week, they still haven't cleaned the room or changed the bed. The staff seems to "don't care" except from one nice Asian girl working at the hotel. She really try! The breakfast is not worth trying. Just go somewhere else. The shower head was loose and kept falling down, so you need to hold it in you're hand while showering. And there is NO pressure at all in the shower, so its probably clogged with dirt. The room is build in a way that there is no air circulation where the bed is, so it's incredible warm where the bed is. Even if the window is completely open and the rest of the room is ice cold. The bed is also so worn and has an deep hole in the middle of the bed. That's where you wake up in the morning in a curl, if you get any sleep at all. The gym is not a gym at all and has probably newer been a gym. It's just a small room. I could go on and on, but I'll think this will do!? I'm really sorry to leave such a negative review. It doesn't make me happy in any way. But they really need to change things! I was suppose to stay for one more week, but I'll changed hotel after one week.
We stayed for three nights and it was a nice stay. The room was spacious and equipped with a kitchen. The bathroom was a bit unmodern and ready for a do over. The breakfast was not so great so I would recommend to go to the grocery store, witch is close by, and make breakfast in the room. The staff was friendly. The hotel is located just a five minute walk to the old town.
Room was good size, comfortable. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style, good with helpful staff. I had problems with the booking, I made it through my company, not sure where the problem was, my company travel or the hotel systems. Ensure you call to confirm your reservation if you don't make it directly. My 4 stars instead of 5 was that the room was pretty warm, 2 coworkers traveling at the same time had the same experience. The temperature was set for the entire hotel and could not be changed.
we have been there as a big group for business. The hotel's location was good and you need to walk for 7-8 minutes to reach the station and you have pretty good access to restaurants around however there only one supermarket which closes early. It would be great if they renovate the hotel. The staff were fine. the breakfast was almost the same and okay during this10 days.
The location is very central, easy to find but whilst on my booking confirmation it advised there was parking I was informed that they had "run out". Thankfully there is lots of parking available nearby. The place has been renovated, but very poorly. The shower leaks and we were only provided one towel for a family of four. The people were helpful enough. Breakfast was simple, but there are loads of Cafes nearby that you have access to so its not really necessary.
1- Location: The best place of the city, in my opinion, located in Caserne de Bonne, a great place, especially for children, which is close to a beautiful park, to shoppings and restaurants. Few minutes walking until reach the city center. 2- The rooms are ok, big confortable double bed, oven, microwave, dishwasher, small TV, internet works fine. 3- Breakfast- Extremely overpriced. 13 euros for a good, however, normal breakfast, with nothing special. Downsides: you should pay attention if you are planning a long stay. The cleaning is not made all days. This is ridiculous, especially if you have young children. There are not curtains around the tub, in such a way that the bathroom certainly will be a chaos after the showers. In addition, there is no electrical outlet close to the mirror in the bathroom, so it is impossible to shave (if want to do this, without a mirror, the only option is the sink in the kitchen!!) But, for me, the worse was the cleaning, so take care about this fact, on the contrary, it will be necessary to pay for extra cleanings (pay to clean the room in a hotel, sounds really ironic!)
