I was there on a business trip and I have to say this is not a business hotel. It's a couple or family hotel, but its such a nice hotel. Rooms are a very good size, close to Lake Iseo and bread lots of food places. Breakfast at the hotel is good, healthy options too. Bar is a great place to relax in the evening, and well priced drinks too. I'm personally looking to go back with missus.

Stayed here for 5 nights recently. Nice smallish room with a balcony where it was pleasant to sit and have a drink and a read. All hotel staff very friendly and the evening meal was varied with no repeats although I agree about lack of hot food at breakfast.

I spent a weekend (mid Sept 2016). This is a lovely comfortable hotel in a classic style. Free parking on site. Friendly & helpful staff. The room was well-furnished, clean, and comfortable (with some quirky technical features which required me to ask for help from the staff). The grounds were pleasant, but could have used a few chairs and tables for lingering on the lawn. An ideal place for weddings, etc.). There is a large swimming pool (with deck chairs & snack bar); tennis. There seem to be rowboats, but I did not explore. Free use of spa next door (did not use). Lobby was cozy with many books and newspapers and comfortable seating. Having a computer available would have been useful. Restaurant has a limited menu, and I did not eat there. However, breakfast buffet was excellent and varied. It was especially pleasant to be able to eat on the outdoor patio. Unfortunately, when my friends and I stopped in for drinks at the bar on the patio they had no hor d'oeuvres at all, not even potato chips. Very disappointing in a "four star" hotel and it left a bad impression. It's obviously an afterthought. The hotel is located about 1 km from the town of Iseo, but the desk did not mention that there was a shuttle available. It was a long hot walk. Overall, I had a good weekend stay and would go back again.

Small, intimate hotel located near to Lake Iseo with views of the lake from the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms. Brightly decorated interior which is relatively modern and which is popular with coach tours.

this hotel is the best I have ever stayed at.Food, room, service all excellent.Staff very helpful especially Benny the cocktail waitress.although it was just at the end of the main holiday season all the shops and bars were open.

We recently enjoyed a weeks holiday at this hotel, We were very pleased with our room which was a double room on the second floor above reception, it was of a good size and the condition and decor were very good, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well with no noise. The shower room was good with a good shower but the shower door opening was a little on the small size. The public rooms are very comfortable with lots of sofas and chairs. The reception staff are obliging and keen to help with local information on train times and details on walks in the area. The outdoor pools are of a good size but a little on the cool side, during our visit they were quiet but I could imagine in the season they would be very popular. Food- we judge this against other 4 star hotels in the Italian lakes and for us it fell a little short, breakfast was ok but not exceptional, we didn't have lunch, dinner - the salad buffet started off well but seemed get smaller and have less choice as the week went on, the soups were poor - cream of potato twice in 4 days, the pea soup followed by chic pea soup a day or so later, but an excellent vegetable soup, the risottos were very good and the pastas good. The main course fish option was very good, different every day, the meat options never tempted either of us the desserts were hit and miss. The service was also a little erratic, some nights very good others not so for no obvious reason. You will not go hungry but may be not have all choice you would hope for..

Disappointed there was no direct access to the lake.Hotel was clean & rooms well appointed with a balcony.Breakfast had a good selection of dishes no hot food but eggs to boil.Dinner was 4 course with a varied selection. The air conditioning was the quietest I have encountered.

My wife and I stayed here as part of an Inghams holiday from 31st August for a week. The hotel itself was fine, we had no complaints about the guest rooms, apart from the fact that they were getting a little scruffy and need a lick of paint here and there. Nice to have a balcony overlooking the gardens. The public rooms, lounge and bar were very nice and comfortable. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist. The same could be said of the daily maid service, they were pleasant and always left the rooms in a good condition with fresh towels daily. My wife was taken ill during the week and the hotel arranged for a car to take her to the local hospital and one of the staff drove her there. I feel I must also mention the local Inghams Rep. Viktor, he was extremely helpful and did everything possible to be of assistance, even though he had four medical emergencies during the week. Now to the minus points, the food. Like most tour groups we did not eat from the a la carte menu but had our own, with a choice at each course. This sounds good and theoretically it should have been. The problem was the service and quality of the some of the food and cooking, we were given oily sautéed potatoes every night. On our second night we waited over 45 minutes for our first course after having eaten from the salad buffet, there then followed another long wait for the main course. This type of wait occurred most nights, and it was not just the Inghams guests that had to suffer this, other guests eating from the a la carte menu, some of whom were local also had this problem. In addition the waiting staff never advised us if there was a problem or apologised for this nor did they ask if everything was alright after we had been served. They were all quite young and it seemed as if they needed additional training in their jobs and in people skills. My wife is a celiac and needs a gluten free diet and on two occasions she was given food that she should not eat although the staff were aware of her dietary requirements. On one evening she was given wrong meals twice. For those people who worry about Wi-Fi, it is not great and you need to get a new user name and password almost daily from reception.

We stayed here in August on an Inghams holiday for 11nights. Our room was spacious although bathroom a little small. Bedding was changed every other day and the air con was brilliant. The food was very good although two nights were buffet nights and were a let down. We used the bus every day into the town centre and back. The two lay drivers and the gentleman were very friendly as were the rest of the staff. Very helpful. Our Inghams rep Victor was very good. We had a private car to and from the airport.

Great hotel we had an apartment and it was very spacious beds were so comfy and the air con is amazing. I think the town is quiet far. I have 2 children and walking backwards and forwards was so tiring for them. I would defo come back but think i would just come me and my partner. We came here for my brothers wedding out on the lake which was the best wedding I have ever been to. Food was also lovely in the restaurant
